And as for customer service in Montana, if you buy something there you haven 't had before, the kid behind the counter will explain the process patiently, perfectly and with a smile. In Seattle, a city known for its amazingly polite freeze between strangers, finding someone who earns their wage by providing excellent customer service is like looking for the sailor on an aircraft carrier who shoves off a virgin and returns to port in the same condition. Young man Gozi had people gathered around the Pappardelle stall when I arrived. I kept my six feet away, waiting for them to make their selections. Then it was my turn. He wasn 't there to sell me anything; he was, if anything, a guide for people wanting to move their pasta experience beyond de Cecco and other national brands. All I wanted was something to hold a cheese sauce for my Thanksgiving side dish. Gozi presented all the best options, and recommended the Garlic Chive Seashells. From there, he pointed out the different shapes and colors of the Italian Pesto Blend. Sure. Two, please. Finally, the Lemon Parsley Mafaldine was staring me in the face, and was new to me. It 's our best seller , says Gozi. Who am I to impede tradition? , says me. With each selection, Gozi pulled pre printed recipes for each pasta for me, and provided his own perceptions of them. What he has is magic, a he must be born with it ability to treat every person he meets as he would people he 'd see at the Thanksgiving table (on a normal year . Impeccable. "After my flight to Seattle, my friend who used to live there told me about this restaurant and so we went there together. The proportions are great, especially with the salads, and everything was really good. I especially loved their variety of specialty health drinks. I left feeling well fed and nourished. The customer service was excellent. We were served with genuine kindness and we ended up ordering a few different things, splitting them on different plates, and the employees were happy to serve us without any awkwardness, getting us additional plates, and everything else we wanted. We ended up eating outside in the fresh air because it was a nice day. It tends to draw good customers because of the quality of food and so we were able to make some new friends too. I absolutely recommend!"

"A good option for those with allergies and intolerances. A nice selection of creative flavors. I ordered Ash Caramel and Chocolate, and although, I love that it is dairy and gluten free it always makes my stomach hurt. My scooper, Abby, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The interior is beautiful."

"Great place for takeout. We absolutely loved the dumpling soup and the egg drop soup. The spring rolls are a must and we were lucky to get free golden Rangoon !! We also got a noodle dish mee Siam which was my least fav part of the meal. If you are looking for a good Chinese soup place this is a go too for take out! Will be here again"

"We were fortunate enough to have a fantastic time with Chefs David and Kaia for my wife's most recent birthday, and I can't recommend them enough for private dinner parties. From the initial outreach to the day of, David was fantastic to work with and accommodating of our large group's dietary restrictions as he worked with us to create a menu. He set expectations and let us know what to expect beforehand in terms of what cookware, plates, etc. that we would need to have. On the day of the party, he and Kaia were extremely communicative, prompt to show up, and immediately got to work to make it an extremely special event for my wife.As they were preparing the dishes, they encouraged us to hang out and chat, and even provided us some really fun cooking tutorials while the food was being prepared. David even gave us an incredible flambe show, without setting anything on fire. :)The food itself was incredible. Well prepared, and very well plated. As we sat, David and Kaia came out with each course, explained it, and then let us feast as they prepped the next course. They had a great table side manner, made us all laugh our butts off, and really made the night a ton of fun.After all of the cooking, they DEEP cleaned our kitchen and left it completely and totally spotless. I was blown away by everything, and will definitely be hiring them again for future events.I highly recommend Down To Earth you won't be disappointed!"

"I used to go here a lot for take out but tonight's order was not very good. Both the chicken adobo and lumpia tasted very bland. Rice in the adobo was overcooked and very mushy. Lumpia was not wrapped well and was coming apart. I really dislike you have to tip when you order as I would not have tipped for this order at all"
