"I thought I had lost my sunglasses here however couldn 't find them. The owner sent there daughter as help to the information lost and found. Long story short, I found them!!! Very nice people!! Food was simple but nice! I would recommend coming here especially if you have just come out of the i love you bath on an evening."

"Varied menu that you will find something that fits. I had the minestrone suppee and French pommes that hit the square with a melon soda boat. no destination restaurant, but their veggie options on naoshima are very limited."

"Delicious donburi, filling and savory, portion size was just right. Can be made vegan. Menu is in English, and staff are native English speakers when we went. The zenzai and kakigori were good too. A little pricey, however. Limited options though (donburi was the only vegetarian main on the menu, but I think you can make requests). And the other menu options (which had meat) had portions that were a bit small"

"The opening times are unreliable because they depend on when the owner opens the bar. We went there the day before and it was closed, but the next day it was open so we decided to eat there. We ordered the falafel plate and got pita for an additional charge of 100 yen per person. We also got extra salad because we were hungry which was 400 yen per person, but the portion looked the same as in pictures of this dish on the internet so I think we got scammed on the salad. The atmosphere is nice, the food is good and the owner is friendly. There is limited seating space and no air conditioning. They have multiple beers and other drink options. The owner gave us cards and uno when we were waiting for the food, which was nice as the waiting time is quite long. Overall it’s quite expensive and they only offer one vegan option but in this town the options are very limited so if you need food it’s a decent choice (if it is open)"
