"I've visited this cafe for breakfast on at least 5 occasions. Each time I found it to be very busy, but really disorganised and stressful. They have little to no system for people waiting for tables, no coffee ordering line etc. it's all one big pot of people not knowing who is first. The lady at the front is the manager or owner and she's running the cafe, tables and also ringing people up, all in the same area. The last 3 times I have been there I've had something wrong with my order, and it's impossible to get your waiter back to help you out - because they are so busy, meantime your food is getting cold. One of these times the something wrong was a hair in my food and no waiter came out for a while (we were sitting outside) and so I had to go inside and politely show the lady at the front (in front of the waiting customers) the black hair in my eggs. I got my meal free and a free coffee which I appreciated. When I came back to use the free coffee the lady asked me (again in front of customers) what had happened to get the free coffee and I had to repeat that I found a hair in my eggs. I just didn't want to re-live that and I think it's bad for her business. While the food and coffee are quite good, (when it comes out how you ordered it) I just feel the service and organisation of the place all over the place. I feel like they could make it a lot less stressful for the lady and staff with a few layout changes and training their staff that would make the experience alot nicer."

"My daughter and I visited on a monthly vegan night. It was a set menu of four courses for $50. My daughter had the matching wines which were $30 and were all Italian We enjoyed our meal but felt the portions were quite small. If...my husband and her boyfriend had been there they probably would have walked away hungry. The restaurant was full which is a good sign. Service was friendly and we will probably return"
