"Love this place! So grateful to have a genuine place to get authentic Swedish food in the bay! The meatballs and the herring are great! This is the only place I've been able to find Matjes sill, thanks chef! An extra plus is all the Swedish candy you can buy at the register; there's both salty and sour! :"

"Came in on New Year's Eve for lunch with my buddy. We were the only ones here. We got the Thai nachos and Nicks noodles with beef, and a few of the tall draft beers. The server was quick an attentive and the food came super fast. I will definitely return. I have passed by this spot multiple times and always wondered if was good now I know. I will return soon to try some of the other interesting menu options and beers."

"The first time here? the food was vegetarian friendly and super tasty, with generous portions and reasonable prices? and the place was child-friendly and with wonderful service. We drove 40 minutes to get here and it was worth it. The owner was very warm and thoughtful, and we had a really nice time. We have hot chocolate, edamame (the sauce was from the hook), fish tacos, garlic cream penne with tofu and vegetables and key lime cake. Everything's in place. Will definitely be back? could be my new favorite healthy family friendly petaluma spot!"

"The food is fresh, fast and delicious! I love cleanliness and good mood of the staff. My favorite is the vegetarian burritos. Great place for fast Mexican food in Sonoma County! (This chipotle is located in the large target complex of the East Washington highway. There are other shops nearby like Sprouts and HomeGoods and a random Tesla Station!"

"We ordered salads with the house balsamic dressing . It should have been titled oil and balsamic because oil was the predominant ingredient, not balsamic. It was so greasy! The veggies were cooked in grease too. Unbelievable. Salads are supposed to be healthy. Also the house salad had WAY more greens than the more expensive one and both were on the skimpy side for salads. Maybe the sandwiches stand out but two thumbs down for the salads."

"THE BEST! GREAT FRESH FOOD, FAIR PRICES IN A LOVELY LOCATION. No chi chi wine country airs or the prices and attitude that goes with it (though Petaluma is refreshingly free of that, thank God! We live deep in the infamous fog belt of northwestern San Francisco. The Riverfront is our go to place when we need to get out and linger over lunch in the sunshine. Petaluma has many good restaurants for brunch/lunch, but we love this one because: 1. IFood is VERY fresh homemade, good, honest ingredients 2. HUGE variety of sandwiches, breakfast (served all day , interesting salads, sandwiches American, Greek, Middle Eastern 3. FAIR prices for very good food and lovely location. T. It all comes from the top the owner ran a number of lunch places (at the same time in San Francisco including at the Crocker Galleria, a primo, high end spot in the financial district. He knows what he 's doing and as difficult as the restaurant biz is, he 's a kind, generous, GOOD, man. He 's very present and a nice, calming, presence. EXTRA BONUS: He hires high schools kid to work there. And his instincts are excellent they are always really nice and being the age I am now, it always warms my heart to think that they were lucky enough to work at the Waterfront for their first weekend or summer job. 4. LOCATION: right on the river, big, wide sunny wooden patio with LARGE shaded tables and smaller ones in the sunshine. (Some of the other restaurants that have al fresco dining are in the shade. The Waterfront is just a really lovely, laid back spot. It can get hot in Petaluma but the famous Petaluma Gap also draws in the fog and the cold breeze from the ocean as the afternoon wear on so best to always bring a jacket with you! It 's a real talent to create a comfortable spot with so many good, fresh, delicious options on the menu, excellent value, and just a lovely, relaxing spot to hang with friends and watch the river run..."
