"Their coffee has good potential; however, their baristas are all over the place and often allow their shots to spoil which is easy to avoid with the right techniques. So, when we spend $15 there is a good chance that we will have coffee that tastes godawful. That's a hard pill to swallow."

"Also known as the Hanging Tree Cafe. Neat interior decorating; where all the paintings on the wall are not for sale; nor should you attempt to put to put any of the decor in your pockets and try to leave the location in a hurry. They use actual dishware and coffee cups and have actual vintage furniture in the coffee lounge. They also make sandwiches and have a limited menu of other items. The menu of hand made coffees and teas is long with decent prices. Make sure to stop by and take a peek at what 's new on the Pueblo Rocks, Kindness Rocks shelf near the door. Grab a flyer or two if your interested while your checking out the rocks. Idea behind Kindness Rocks -If you 've got a rock then leave a rock. If you need a rock then take a rock. While out in the city watch for decorated or painted rocks amongst the city dirt, grass, or business landscaping; maybe in a local park or on the trails, and any rock bed in the town. "We 've tried this place a few times and always leave disappointed. The smell upon entering is like this overwhelming chemical like odor. Not sure what that was but big turn off. This appears to be a regular or friends only type of place. When we walked in every single person at the bar leaned as far back as gravity would allow in their chairs to watch us like hawks. They all proceeded to keep staring at us the entire time. The food leaves much to be desired as does the service. Our waitress was nice but she should have noticed I took one bite of my food and declined a to go box and maybe asked if something was wrong. But she was too busy chatting up the cowboys to be concerned. At least we can say we tried. Best of luck to you.Vegetarian options: They have beyond meat and vegan quesoParking: Large parking lot"

"So happy to have found this in a place at Chile Fest this weekend. Not only did they have dairy free options for all of there coffee drink, their pastries are all vegan too. I got an iced Chile mocha with oat milk and an apple butter cinnamon roll. The coffee was very sweet and had good flavor next time I would get it less sweet if I had a pastry too. The cinnamon roll was big and fluffy and the apple butter filling was awesome. One of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. They don’t label their pastries as vegan but they are all vegan friendly non vegans don’t seem to notice and I’m here for that."

"The food and the staff are amazing! Unfortunately, it seems they may be severely understaffed. The night we came there was a table of 18! Plus all the other guests (roughly 50 or so) and only two servers. Despite that, they were both kind, had a positive attitude, and doing their absolute best attending to everyone. We were there for a long time, but it was definitely and understandable situation! Hope they get more staff soon"
