"I loved my stay in bahay kalipay! before going I was a little worried about the raw vegan food, but it was really amazing that eating was delicious and filling and beautifully presented! the employees were all so warm and welcoming and really cared for their experience. the other guests I met helped me make my stay special too! the day is full of activities (or they can decide from everything if they want to relax more) I expected yoga and relaxation, but so much more. the meditations were really interesting and pleasant, but they must go with an open mind. the accommodation is basic enough, but it was perfect for me, they are very close to nature. If they are expected and a 5-star resort are pampered, this is probably not the place for them. in fairness with the price they pay, one could not expect a 5-star resort, I was surprised how well the retreat was. I left bahay kalipay feeling very peaceful, full of joy and wish I could stay longer! if they relax, enjoy and are open to new experiences, then I could not recommend this place very much!"

"Eating was so delicious, we have served here several times during our short three-day stay. we heard customers say they had done the same! the chef apparently has cooking experience from all over the world and the staff was super warm, friendly and hard working! Moreover, it offers seating in the upper floor balcony or on the sand, which makes for a beautiful, breezy and relaxing culinary experience!"

"Small restaurant with a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. Portions on the small side, but everything is quite cheap. All the dishes we had were simple, but delicious. The only drawback was that we had to wait almost an hour for our food, but we had time to spare ourselves. BYOB."

"Always nice place to visit. Nowadays their menu is separated for vegetarian and vegan sections so it's really easy to pick up what's suitable for your diet. Wide variety of dishes for both diets and super fresh shakes too. Portions are small-ish so I recommend to order an appetizer too."

"Only Indian restaurant in the beautiful city of puerto princesa. we were so deprived of Indian food, we ordered 3 curries with rice and broth. everything very well cooked, lenses and chana was cooked to perfection, which is not the case in Indian restaurants in the country."
