"Lovely menu and ambience. The serving staff are excellent. Only slight negative was that one dish didn't mention chilli flakes included, which wasn't to liking but the dish was removed from the Bill without asking, which read good customer service. Recommended"

"Right from the start there was a rudeness from the owner/manager suggesting we weren’t being clear enough with what dishes we wanted. A main arrived instead of a starter and then after quite some time the mains arrived and most were cold. One of our group was given incorrect information about her dish meaning she had to have a different meal which was served up after everyone else had finished theirs. She was also told she had been fully informed at the beginning about the dish which she wasn’t. The main waiter seemed to be a young boy and we had to ask the staff twice for a jug of water. We asked for the bill several times and when it was incorrect there was no apology, instead we felt like we were a nuisance. "Amazing eating to unbelievable trips! definitely worth a visit, was the only part of the waiting times. the staff worked very hard and apologised, but took over an hour to arrive for our main course."

"Lunch today at the magazine Heaven Artisan Cafe in Rushden Lakes. Very good choice, marked and made fresh. We went for the Vegan witch, who made a bacon, cheese, hummus, rocket and sun-dried tomatoes at home, crafty sourded bread. Excellent vegan sandwich!"
