"A nicely decorated place with little ambiance. I really liked the idea of the food, but unfortunately it didn't deliver. For a fast food style place (picnic table, order at the counter and take a buzzer) the food was very overpriced it cost $29 for cauliflower wings and fries. Part of that was due to the tipping' that is requested when paying at the counter. Given that there's no service provided, I'd suggest that at the most the pre-set tip selections start at 5%, 7% etc not 15%, 18% (possibly this is a way to help cover the cost of the 7 staff that were working in the empty restaurant). Maybe if they had some great value deals of offer I'd go back, but at this price it was really disappointing."

"The atmosphere is very romantic. We did a 3 and 4 course meal, the last course is always a dessert(only one vegan option). They brought my wife a snack(R3) since i ordered one more course than her so she wasn't just watching me eat. Every time a plate was brought out they explained what was on the plate. The food was different than any i had before and tasted so great!! I will be going back on my next visit to San Juan. Check out my photos i upload for a few menu items. Price with 3 drinks came to over $200 without tip."

"I stayed at the Marriott Stellaris for 5 days with my family, I am the only vegan in a family full of meat eaters so I thought this trip would be difficult, think again! Looking at the breakfast menu at the hotel I knew there would be no options for me so I looked up a health food store in the area to see if I could make it work. I came across Fresh Market which was only a 2 minute walk from the hotel, and I absolutely loved it!! I ate there every single morning for breakfast, and got a sandwich to go for lunch everyday so I could keep it in the hotel fridge and bring it to the beach. They are so knowledgeable about what is vegan and everyone there spoke great English which was a help to me since I know little Spanish. I loved their tofu scramble and their tofu sandwiches. Really anything that is vegan on the menu is worth a try. Two of the days a family member came with me to try it out and also loved it, they had eggs and ham which they said were delicious. It was such a quick, convenient, cheap, and tasty option. I also loved that there was a small health food store downstairs which was great for snacks and fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall a wonderful experience, give it a try!"

"I came in about an hour before they closed. Some of the food was delicious, some wasn't. The rice and peas (the majority of the meal) were incredibly dry. It tasted like it was made in the morning before they opened and sat out all day. The alcapurria HP was delicious, but was very small in comparison to the rest of the food. It included a piece of garlic bread (tasty) and a salad (just lettuce and tomato, no dressing). I would go back, but next time I will avoid the rice and salad."

"I can understand the problems that try to find vegan objects on this site. they have a few if they are in order with shared cooking oil. I know most would not be, but it is an option if they need it. otherwise this place is good for vegetarian options to choose a lot, as it is mainly a pasta and pizza place."

"Tourist trap-y food shacks, but so many tasty options. We got the Mofungo bowls that were awesome. Had some strawberry lemonade and Modelos to top it off. Make sure to visit and see all the street art nearby!"

"We arrived at 6 and they only had pulled pork and shredded brisket. Didn’t have the ribs or any larger pieces of meat. They said you have to come earlier in the day. The coke slaw and the BBQ sauce was good as was the French fries. The Mac and cheese was meh. The pork sliders were good. The brisket and cheese sandwich was mushy. Don’t think I would get it again.
