"It seems to be a vegetarian restaurant. they have a few meat substitutes. the menu is obviously Spanish, but none of their employees can speak English, which made life a little difficult. after a few "sin huevo, sin lactosa "s, they have the picture. but not to choose many main dishes. seems to be mainly Italian style, which appears strange for a Latin American restaurant. price I thought it was reasonable, but I don't have much experience in this country to compare it with."

"I have only been to the El Veggie SV Escalon, and there are two locations now in San Salvador. El Veggie probably has the most well rounded menu for the vegan restaurants in El Salvador and you can order pretty healthy if you avoid the french fries. I would recommend all the food that isn't fried. They make spring rolls which are pretty filling. The bagel dishes are the sneak best orders on the menu. Prices are cheap for the quality of food. "Friendly service and a good selection of buffet food (cratt, mock meat, vegetable stir fry, willons, and other fried things). You can order soup la carte. They also give you a drink and the day we went there was a chocolate passion fruit pudding with cream for dessert. Some of the foods ( rice and soup broth) needed a bit more taste for my taste buds, otherwise a good option in San Salvador! Note: You sell frozen mock meat to take home (such as chicken, fish, meatballs, etc.). Just ask if they don't show you. Updated by previous review on 2023-03-30"
