"Almost all menu options can be veganized, and daily suppe options to get them back for more. many non-dairy milk including hafermilch! they also make superfood lattes that are also delicious. downside: I asked which brands they used to veganize a product and was said to use what is on stock, so they can order a veganized sandwich twice and get different versions."

"Any strange or unusual cooking supplies they need are found here. I have found vital wheat gluten (used to make since then), pea flour, vegan protein powder, dried fruits, seeds, nuts and nuts all for quite cheap. non-milk milk, kombucha and vegan snacks are available in regals, and food near the outlet is regularly marked 25-75% off."

"My favourite health food store in Niagara. Salespeople, while generally too busy to help everyone, are knowledgeable and non-pushy. (Have heard some salespeople encourage pregnant moms to do detox cleanses, telling them they're perfectly safe because they're all natural! Please! Safe because natural? Like insect sprays and sunscreens. Like freshness of products. One of my bigger issues is that staff routinely will answer the phone and turn their attentions to other customers on the phone, ignoring customers who have made it into the store and would like salesperson's time. Like birkenstocks and peanut points. Prices are better than healthy cupboard and A Healthier You. Salespeople are definitely more customer oriented and well educated."

"When I do big food stores, I usually go here. decent prices on clips, drills, tomats, etc. and a decent hit or miss product line, peace cereal, tons soy eis and a good health section. it does not fit too well! now! or the peanut mill to choose, but it is nice to see a large food chain with the selection they have. they simply never stay in touch with an article from the health field that will not scan because they literally wait an hour before the problem is solved. does not look like many people who work there, know too much about the articles in the area of health food."

"I usually don't like Buddha-shots, but her vegan “Monsoon” bullet was full of things I like. It even came in a vegan cashew dressing, and they ensured that I knew what went into the bowl. It was like $9 tax for this big bowl on the photo, so it is an economic option for if I want to eat vegan at school."

"This is one of my favourite places. They have an extensive vegan menu including falafel and hummus pitas, veggie burrito, salads, nachos, loaded chili fries and my favourite...vegan poutine! All these items can also be customized to your preferences, and I've heard they are going to be adding to the vegan menu soon. We usually go to the Glendale location because the parking is better than downtown, but we have been to both locations. The staff are always nice to us as well. It's great to see a non-vegan restaurant chain that understands what vegan means and has options beyond just a veggie burger."
