"You have options that I cannot find elsewhere, such as tofu, soy yogurt, simple soy milk (yet has sugar, but far less than the seasoned species), and nutritional yeast. Many many vegan options, although some things have milk in them I believe? Maybe the toothpaste they sold had milk or milk derivatives. The owners are very helpful and sweet, which makes for a beautiful atmosphere. The only cons are that the soy yogurts (at least those I got) are salted (not ideal for eating fruits like I usually do), and the totu is very salty. Be careful when you cook. #Veganuary"
