"I used to come to this CAVA at least once a week when I was in undergrad and was obsessed. I decided to come back to grab dinner with a friend on a weekday and was surprised to see a long line since I remember them being busy exclusively for lunch a few years ago. It took around 7 min to get to the front and around 5 additional min to get our orders ready which is still fairly quick considering the line. The staff was very friendly and efficient although they appeared to be slightly understaffed at that time for the volume of people. The restaurant is unchanged from what I remembered, was clean, with plenty of seating available but for some reason their AC was not on and it was unbearably hot inside. Luckily we were able to get a table outside where it was a little bit more fresh but I noticed some people wanted to sit down and could not since there were no more tables outside and the inside was too uncomfortable due to the heat. I got a build your own greens bowl with half chicken and half roasted veggies which was my usual order before. The portion was generous and filling. However, this time the food felt a lot more oily to me than it used to before which I did not love and made me feel pretty heavy. The flavor was still pretty okay but not as good as I remembered and they also forgot to put in the free pita in my order which they never had before. Additionally, on my way out, I went to use the bathroom and noticed that it was very dirty, which might be because it was towards closing time but I still feel like this could be a factor to improve for a better customer experience. I think if I had had to rate this place a few years ago I would have given it 5 stars no question, but based on my latest experience in isolation, I would really give it 3.5. That being said, I will likely still come back and hope my most recent experience was just a blip--this is one of my favorite places and I truly love the concept of their fast casual Mediterranean food!"

"I saw that pad. it was good, though would have used more brokkoli. the tofu was crispy as I like it. our waiter came to our table only twice and never imagined. I was 20 minutes out of the water before they came to check us out. expect minimal service, but decently fast eating."

"I can’t eat to much dairy, so I love the fact they have a vegan Oreo ice cream sandwich! They also have Dole Whip as well! All the products I have had here are delicious. Very exited for spring to come and for them to open up!"

"Stop reading this review and just call. Had dinner here with 30+ family and friends after a funeral service. COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY AMAZING. First, and most importantly the people are amazing. JUDY, JUDY, JUDY, JUDY and Olie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). You can not find nicer people anywhere. I literally had a hard time leaving because Judy is such and amazing person. Second, there is better food NO WHERE. From appetizers of homemade kettle chips and calamari to main courses of filet mignon and salmon that literally melt in your mouth and everything in between. They even bring chocolate shavings and whipped cream for your coffee. The chef is completely superb. If you are looking for a beautiful place with amazing food and even better people and you don't choose Bibi'z you are just WRONG. Five stars isn't nearly enough. Anyone who complains about the staff is wrong. Thank you for everything."

"I 'm not sure what 's happened here but 40 bucks for 4 ice cream sandwiches that are practically inedible ISNT it. Prefaced: we live 5 minutes away and did deliver QUICKLY. Even handed it directly to us. 2 of 4 are completely melted, doesn 't even look like they could have stacked them because the ice cream is soup. They forgot the brownie pieces which are a required add on for .50 1 was soft enough to pick up but impossible to bite through the brownie because (it 's delicious i mean truly it 's a spectacular rich brownie) The brownies are too hard for you to bite and the ice cream is too soft so it 's a mess. The last one was...totally fine ice cream wise. Clear scoop. Still on the brownie which again is delicious but it 's just not great execution, the chocolate chunks in the brownie are delicious but again makes biting the sandwich difficult. We 've brought them home ourselves before and not had a problem so it looks to me like the one ice cream was already too soft at the store. Will try again just perhaps not through DoorDash"
