"A real Cornish paper, what is not to love? as someone who grew up in plymouth, I have a romantic nostalgia for a classic ivor dewdney pasty, and to my understood and taste budds pasties from the bakehouse come very close. My only quibbles are that they don't always have one that is hot, and they are a little expensive, but since I'm not so far to drive to plymouth, every time I'm going to buy a bit."

"Sunday lunch short menus but something for every taste. started with the calamari cooked superbly served with a fresh rocket salad fresh dressing. Calamari itself was soft and melted in the mouth beneath a crunchy peppered batter. main course we had rooast beef, must say...not the usual carvery! roast potatoes crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, vegetables was cooked to perfection cauliflower cheese, creamed swede, roasted parsnip roasted carrots, brocolli and cabbage, cuts of beef very thick with stuffing ball and pigs in blanket well its nearly Christmas) topped with a huge light yorkshire pudding with lashings of thick gravy. the food came to us piping hot. staff were polite, pleasant and very attentive but not intrusive. Will definately be coming back and I will ask for the upstairs table with the view of the harbour, which the kind staff took us on a guided tour. Thank you for a memorable meal."

"Really very impressed! there are not too many decent Indian restaurants around weymouth, but these I would order again. the customer service was great, they provide vegan/vegetarian, which is fantastic, especially for weymouth. they were very attentive and wrote a note about something that had milk. this is rare to maintain this level of attention. only a few critikens using polystyrene had a small glass of it. I say to get rid of completely, it is a terrible product and no more necessary; and replace plastic with biodegradable and they will stand out from the amount."

"I had a lovely takeaway today- a really nice asparagus and pepper quiche side salads. Everything was fresh and flavourful. The puddings baked goods looked really nice as well. Very friendly and efficient service to top it all off!"
