"We have lived here for over eight years and are proud to call Canyon Creek Apartments home. First the office staff, the girls are amazing. I worked most with the office manager Corine and she is always professional and friendly. The pandemic made it hard and she always treated me with respect. She always seems to make me laugh and give me a smile. Kelsey is another gala that is always smiling and professional. They have always dealt with problems and concerns immediately and efficiently. Secondly, maintenance personnel are one of the best crews we had. They are always ready to go beyond and beyond. They are promptly what is really important in maintenance requests. Honestly living with apartment there will always be smaller things like the neighbors who come over you or other problems that come with life so close to other families. But overall, the staff here at Canyon Creek make it a great place to call home!"

"This place has labeled vegan options. They have a vegan breakfast sandwich that was pretty good, it has just egg, vegan sausage and vegan cheese. (They weren’t sure what company makes the cheese and sausage). I got a coffee which had great flavor and they offer almond milk. Online I think it says they have a spicy tofu sandwich but they didn’t when we arrived. They also have two vegan baked goods. Overall nice cafe to stop in, so rarely do coffee shops have anything we can eat so this was nice."

"This place is fantastic. My girlfriends and I frequent here whenever we are in Portland or put exploring Oregon Most of us are from Washington or California and everytime we stop in everything has been incredible. Tonight we went and even though there was the dinner rush, everything was still fresh, waiters remained friendly, and the food was still quick to come out. The waiters are friendly and know the regulars by name, the salsa and chips are always fresh and hot, the food is great and very authentic, and there is never a wait time more than 10 minutes to get a table. There's only been one time my girlfriends order has been messed up. She wanted beef in her burrito and they gave her chicken. She's allergic to chicken. However, they apologized, let her keep it, boxed it up which let one of us take it home for dinners for the next few days, and brought out a new one within minutes. They didn't charge us for either. This place is a gem. It's hard to come by authentic Mexican cuisine let alone one run by a family who actually cares about their customers and the quality of food. Unlike a lot of restaurants, they don't rush you. It's not a how fast can I serve this table and get them out kind of deal. Most of the waiters and cooks like to make conversations with you and enjoy getting to know you. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's just outside the city in a smallish suburban town. You end up usually passing through the town it's located in anytime you're outside the city running errands or exploring or doing activities, so it's a very convenient location."

"Other than their iced tea, there isn't anything I like about the shop and I'm a local. That being said they don't even offer lemon with their iced tea and I have to use lemon syrup from a bottle in order to get that lemony flavor in my iced tea. Howhard is it to cut up a lemon every morning? I mean really? I wish I could say that the food and coffee were good, but theyliterally just are not. If you take your bagels to go and make them yourself with your own eggs etc it's fine. Bagels are fineon their own. If The owner of the shop can't invest in a true grill and you're using a microwave for everything, with noflavor, no additional flavors of cream cheese other than like three, it's just very mediocre. I mean you can literally use realeggs on an electric griddle as opposed to a microwave... It's not that hard. I would love to have a non mediocre coffee shop inour community, but I do not feel this is it. This is barely mediocre unfortunately."
