"Went here today for my first time. Place was great! Service was great! Atmosphere was great! The place was packed but our server was always attentive and the bento was massive. I felt bad for not finishing it but definitely hit my monies worth. Glad I stopped in, will definitely do so again! Wish they had shirts for sale, thei uniform shirts were cool. "

"Very few vegan options, but the vegetable raft is vegan and it is delicious! they can order it directly from the menu, it does not require accommodation or negotiations, as we need to go vegan so much when we go to non-vegan restaurants. service is good, fast and the staff is super friendly"

"This place has really gone down hill since the pandemic. The waitress seating people yelled across the restaurant instead of coming to the door to greet and seat people. We ordered appetizers and entrees which came out sporadically and in no particular order. The glass i was served plum wine in was dirty (had waxy grease marks on one side). They forgot to bring the miso soup that came with what I ordered and when I asked for it they have seemed to have moved to a very bland pre-made miso with a few pieces of tofu in it. I ordered a spicy chicken karage bowel which was missing the pickled garlic and sesame seeds. The only flavor in the dish was the chicken, which was great, but it was just dumped on white rice and cut up romaine lettuce....Basically it was a very disappointing experience to what we had pre-pandemic. I also have a suspicion that they had pre-made sushi rolls in the back and other food not cooked to order based on timing from the order to the kitchen to the table.Not worth the prices as they obviously just don't care anymore!"

"I wanted to love my order but the Classic Shoyu Ramen had a fishy aftertaste (like fish oil was in it), so I couldnt enjoy it unfortunately. The South Slope Chicken Wing (5pcs) need to be taken off their menu because them oversized thick slimy-skinned soggy "chicken sections" were disgusting! Its more cost effective to get a pre-made or packaged cup of noodles or ramen from H-Mart imo. That chicken-ish appetizer alone have me questioning the taste and quality of their other dishes."
