"I do not dine in here, but always get takeout since I love close by. The food has always been made fresh, and is hot when I come to pick it up. I appreciate the fact that its not smothered in really sweet thick sauce like most Americanized Chinese food. It tastes fresh and good with huge portions. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the staff being rude, but honestly I think it's fine. Americans are pretty spoiled when it comes to outstanding customer service, so when they aren't greeted with a big fake smile they get prissy about it. The main cashier lady is straight to the point, doesn't make small talk, and that's how I like it. All in all, this is one of my favorite takeout places and I try to give them my business as often as I can."
