"I 'm not one to leave reviews but.....I was having a decent weekend visiting in Orlando and decided to take my fiancé out to eat at this restaurant close to the Hilton. Everything started with being taken to our table. The server took a second to get to us, so once he did we decided to give him the whole order. I believe he was haitian by his accent...didn 't ask so I can be wrong. I started by telling him what we wanted to drink, i a kingfisher beer, my fiancé a Michelob Ultra, then I said for appetizer we would like the vegetable samosas...so far everything is fine, then the communication broke down. I said that my fiancé wanted the Tikka Chicken Masala and i the chicken Malai tikka. He kept saying that I want grill tikka chicken and I said no, the malai. We went back and forth a couple of times, so I made it easier and pointed to each item, samosa, masala for fiancé and malai for me. He said ok ok, and then I added garlic naan and then he left. This interaction was friendly enough and we even laughed. So I thought by pointing out each item I explained myself.... The samosa came out, delicious and we were happy, then the food runner brought my fiancés masala and our rice...then a random plate showed up and he said my malai is coming shortly, so I told the runner that sorry that the random plate was not something I ordered. Confused he said that 's what it showed. I said no, I didn 't order that and that I told the server I didn 't want that. He took it back. Mistakes happen, language barriers happen, I stayed as patient as I could, but then everything jumped off the deep end. The server with the food runner in tow came straight to our table. The server aggressively saying I did order that and he repeated his misunderstanding of the order. I don 't like it when people come at me with aggression and intimidation...not a fan of being bullied so I shot back saying, I literally pointed each of our items several times, I never wanted the grilled tikka chicken ! I assume the manager seeing trouble from her staff quickly came over and pushed away the server apologizing. The manager came back apologizing and asking what happened and I explained nicely and calmly (as much as I could be) what happened. She understood and apologized again. I told her that that 's not the way to confront someone with an issue. You don 't barrel to a table and accuse the customer out loud of lying. I told her I treat people the way the treat me, hence why I wasn 't yelling at her and even while explaining I did it with an inside voice because I know it wasn 't her fault but that of her server. Told her that aside from that I really enjoyed the samosas! After that no one waited on us. the food runner came and brought us something else we didn 't order and he quickly apologized and said wrong table...we asked for boxes and the check...the check lol they charged us that second order mistake! Which luckily they quickly fixed...Im not one to leave nothing for tip, being the beginning was fine, so we left $5 (more than a bully deserves). They didn 't even give a discount or at least a free beer for ruining our dinner. He 's a liability...that type of harassment should never be experienced by anyone looking for a quiet place to enjoy good food. I go out a lot and any server that I 've delt with know I am respectful and even amicable in regards to treating. I am not a cheap tipper and ultimately like making new friends wherever I go. I don 't really leave reviews...but damn this guy got under my skin. No one enjoys aggression."
