"I recently reserved a table for 15 people for 9pm on Friday 23rd 2016 for my Husband's 30th Birthday a week in advance. The day of the dinner I called and confirmed my reservation at 5pm when I got of work to ensure they where ready for our party of 15people at 9pm. I mentioned that I was renting a party bus for all of us to ride there and back home, and I was paying by the hour for this service. So I wanted to make sure there where no un necessary hold ups. We arrived at 8:49pm which was a few mintues early so we waited to be seating. From the time we sat down at 8:55pm to the time the chef actually came out it was already 10:11pm. We waiting an hour for them to take 4 app orders and 4 entree's and bring the cook out. I had to get up three time and speak with the greeter about having someone service our table to bring our drinks, take our order and after taking our order following up as to why an hour had passed after taking our order and the chef had not even came out yet. There where servers and people cleaning and closing up for the night but no preperation for a RESERVED PARTY of 15. Not only did we have bad service but they Chef didnt even bring enough food and shorted two people there sides. When the Chef called someone to bring more the man stated they had already close down the kitchen. The mixed up orders and over charge two people in our group. I would never go back here again. Very un happy customer!!"

"We have eaten in this restaurant previously. Tonight was, unfortunately, disastrous. We were seated quickly and given menus...and that’s the last time we saw a staff member. We waited 27 minutes to place an order before giving up and going elsewhere. Thank goodness we were in Chinatown, where there is no shortage of good restaurants. I hope your experience is better."

"Wow o wow. So I've been wanting to come here since they opened. I came early so I got coffee from Jane's bakery and chill in the car for 30 min. So yelp state they open at 12noon. So we got there at 12:02pm. As we open the door seeing the sign said open the lady came running out and said sorry we open at 12 and close the door on us. I was like 12? Umm it's 12:05p. So we waited outside the window. After about 15 min past 12 noon it was a disappointing failure. It was suppose to be my birthday lunch too. So sad. It's all good. I definitely won't be coming back at all. Lots of places that has good quality wagyu beef for hot pot like in inner Richmond Mokuku on Clement between 4th Ave and 5th Ave. Anyway. I wish others better luck than I did. Only recommendation is don't come here for any occasions in case you get disappointed. Good luck to this business"

"There was a wait list. Expect to wait a little bit because it's a small joint. However, once we got our table, we were happily greeted by our waiter who was very courteous and took our order without issue. We ordered standard issue ramen, which was really tasty in large proportions. We also ordered cucumber rolls. The presentation was great and they were good as well. Last we had salmon sashimi which was on point. Served with a lemon and everything. They even brought us the spicy powder stuff. Great food, vibe, atmosphere, location, and service. 10/10 would return."

"Consistently large sushi and Japanese food. Try the tempura, it is always perfectly cooked. The Dragon Roll may be the best we had. Conveniently located for pre- or post-movie restaurants and other Yerba Buena/Metreon activities."
