I had the Pfefferhaxe, the meat was tender and juicy and the crackling done to perfection! I will be going back again. Great service even though the place was packed, and really fair prices. "Saturday night. my father had agreed to eat with his colleagues, and therefore the rest of the family decided to do it to him and also eat from the house. so we went up to four in the small village old hills to return to our ancestor place, the soot. there were unfortunately all on the table and therefore we went to the müller, right on the other side of the road. we already knew the gasthof müller when we visited him once a year. as we already knew in advance what should be expected there. Location/Ambiente and cleanliness next to the gasthof is a small but fine beer garden with linden. However, due to the cold temperatures we could not use this, so that we preferred the gas room. we were amazed that some more guests were present. only three tables were occupied with two people each and that on a Saturday night. the dining room is unspectacularly furnished and has already come some into the years. a typical Franconian, rustic restaurant. three stars for the environment. both the gas room and the toilets were very clean. four stars for cleanliness. service the young service was very friendly and always had a smile in the face. the orderings were recorded quickly and quickly brought to the table. cola, spezi, apfelschorle costs in the size 0.4l 2,20 euro, a radler (0.5l) meets with inexpensive 1,80 euro to book. even the old nässe came into the gas room and greeted every single guest with handbeat. side change and special wish were no problem. good four stars for service. the menu is small and includes a few meat dishes, broth and a few salads. That was it. a day card or seasonal offers are not available. we ordered the jägerschnitzel with pommes. we ordered the associated add-on salad so that the dish then cost 7 euro when the hunter carving with pommes (with salat) in the small version at the price of 6.50, the carving type of the house (with croquettes and mixed vegetables) for 8.20 euro and a rumpsteak with crimpbutter, pommes and with cake. the prefilled addition salads came fast and were mostly fresh and crisp. also do not wait long. the portions (especially the carvings were huge) on the jägerschnitzel were served separately, as there was no more space on the teller. the meat was wonderfully tender and juicy and the panade nicely loose. there was nothing to get the pommes. the rest of the food (both, mixed vegetables) comes from the package and that was correspondingly costed. the rumpsteak was fried by neat size and perfect medium. for 13 euro really a very good performance. good three and a half stars to eat. Price-performance ratio and determined oldbance can really appreciate two good or even very good tanks with the müller and the like. but we would prefer the soot to the müller. even if the müller is cheaper and even has really cheap prices for oberfranken if it tastes just a little better. four stars for the price-performance ratio at müller. 4 again. (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it returns, 4 – again happy, 5 – after a kitchen trip again completely again"

"After eating so well, the service was in contact with the customer, we tried again. the localities are still unchanged, why should they rebuild something big? this time we visited this locally shortly after the opening at 11.00 a.m., but some tables were already occupied. the cut of the customers in the course of the day outside the hiking season: 65 . although we are clearly younger, we enjoy the accompanying atmosphere and the position of the table with the user . it is here, in contrast to the Franconian customs, usual not only to occupy the tables with regard to the families, here is mixed. who comes, searches and fits to a place that is placed. works great. the noise level is very pleasant, the room wonderfully tempered (we had 9° c on 20.03.2018 and snowfall, the services are much more relaxed than our last visit. I go. we ordered: 2 yeasts alcohol-free from our own brewery 1 mineral water 0.5 liter, still 1 black brot from the tube, with potato crust and vegetable 1 unpaned putenschnitzel with homemade potato salad and added salad, untreated. 1 ice cups with egg drinks from the beer section are as always a pleasure. the customer has the choice before place, and after visiting the restaurant can also be selected in the attached sale from the whole series of the beer and the alcohol-free drinks. not cheap, but quality. the cute carving of my guide, who unfortunately does not like it when they photograph her or her food, came first. very tasty looking, a wonderful browning even without panting, plus a beautifully dressed kartoffel salad after Franconian art (but without spek cubes, as I could see, a small extra salad that was marretteined with a vinai. the accompaniment was too acidic, perfect for me, but I love bitter and sour. in the harbour I was allowed to take my dick at the reception. served on a beautiful stone dish expected me for 8,90 € a really huge portion meat. more than I expected. to these two normal large potato claws, which looked small in comparison to the meat. was not visual. so. now a clear word for those who think that a blackbread would be the same everywhere and you just have to push it in the many. dear chefs, hobby chefs, dear ugly here they get a parade piece of meat processing. grow through, with a crispy crust and taste to frit. how often is this black frying outside sharp, almost already overwürzted to taste two centimeters further inside after nothing. in this restaurant is the own taste of the pork well underlined, almost already raised. for me, unfortunately, as a sauce lover, a little too spicy dark beersauce. Yes, they can postorder, but I wasn't sure if I could even dispose of it in portions. I was in the position; knock with crumbs, nicely firm in the resistance and make what they actually absorb sauce. the excellently decorated, a little of the root vegetables also finds the way to the dish. taste far from the industry. That's always something. I just like to be in quasi homeopathic doses because mine on this herb covers the aroma of the beans. so also here, my guide found this food component very successful. so bush beans were served in a bound, slightly sweet sauce. very, very tired I was almost happy after this part. the companion has become a dessert: nus becher with eierlikör. eroded until the last drop, it apparently cost. Conclusion: at the right time they receive a place that does not shy away the foreign table of the society. the portions are large, on request there are also older portions, the prices men, eating out normally tasty."
