"Friendly site with some helpfull people. Just returned from there 30th Sept, very clean toilets and shower facilities. Breakfast in bar was excellent and a pint of local 1.50 euros. Bar closes at 6pm cos of covid. Booked to go again next May."

"What an amazing place. Stopped off after early morning walk for breakfast. Tostada con tomate, cortado and a water. Fresh. Clean. Good price. Attentive staff. Toilets score 11 out of 10. Will be back and take others with me. A gem of a place, so pleased I found it."

"I am still speechless and embarrassed that a so called 5 star establishment could treat customers so poor and unprofessionally.As a previous stayer at the hotel and had invited friends to eat for a 50th birthday surprise.Only to turn up at Villa venecia for our 8pm dinner booking to be told they’d cancelled us.Through a phone call (supposifly)We’d got the hotel we were staying at to make our reservation as they can speak Spanish with the restaurant and save any confusion.As over the last two years I had personally emailed them through there website on visits to Benidorm to see if we could book only to be ignored every single time!!! Maybe that was a sign? The reason was that they were fully booked from 8. I can’t really explain if they were fully booked at 8 as there was only 2 people in the restaurant that I would say roughly holds about 20 people and that’s without the outside seating.At 8.10!!!.No compromise or alternative offered which is just as disappointing with just blank faces on about 4/5 staff. To say we felt let down after organising what we thought was going to be a top meal for a special birthday is an understatement.This hotel/restaurant has totally lost its personnel touch with its customer and with the previous couple of reviews it’s slowly losing its stature.I have always recommended this place after having a fantastic stay a few years ago.I’m afraid this will not be the case now.It will be off my list.Shame as it’s a great destination for the views etc.The personnel touch with the customer has certainly not lived up to what they think this place is now.So it’s a very disappointing review from me and I will never return."
