"In light of recent experiences, I feel compelled to share my feedback, although I generally refrain from writing unfavorable reviews. Unfortunately, my interactions with this establishment have been deeply disappointing on two separate occasions, and regrettably, I will not recommend or eat at this restaurant in the future. During our most recent visit, we endured the longest wait of over an hour for our meals after lunch rush, which ultimately never materialized. Our order consisted of two butter chicken dishes and one chicken salad. When my husband decided he could wait no longer for his salad, the staff assured us it would be ready in five minutes. However, it was only after more than an hour had elapsed that they conveyed to us that they had run out of the sauce required for the butter chicken. Had this crucial information been communicated promptly, we could have made alternative choices. My previous encounter with this establishment was equally disheartening. On that occasion, I had ordered a chicken salad, which took over 40 minutes to prepare. To my astonishment, when it was finally presented to me, it contained no chicken. When I inquired about the missing chicken, I was informed that the grill had been turned off. Had I not inspected my order before leaving, I would have unwittingly paid for a chicken-less chicken salad. These experiences have left me with a strong impression of disingenuity and a sense that customers are not being treated fairly. I do wish to acknowledge that the waiter who served us provided a commendable level of service, and I have no complaints in that regard."

"Cannot say enough great things about this establishment. The food was AMAZING. Oysters were fresh and delicious. Their featured entrees are unique and tasty. The icing on the cake was the friendly, helpful service. Our waiter was efficient and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience a good one. We will 100% be back and will recommend."

"Overall I really enjoyed the vibe and energy of this restaurant. I would definitely try again I believe the circumstances of this visit may have impacted the quality of the food. The restaurant normally opens at 11am, but the kitchen had to restock and unpack boxes. Eventually the restaurant opened at 12:30pm. Ambience 5 star: A local restaurant with outdoor seating near water front with bar and live music. The chairs are made of pvc pipes and boards, and were lower than your standard chair. Beverage 3 star: They served one of the best fountain cokes that I have had in a long time. I ordered a patron shot to add to my margarita mix because there was absolutely no alcohol present. Food 3 star: The gumbo was more of a tomato soup with rice. The fried green tomatoes and sauce were delicious although some were a bit mushy. The fried fish and shrimp were standard and decent. The cocktail sauce was really delicious with chunks of capers. The broccoli was buttery and perfectly cooked. The green beans were canned. The cole slaw had a vinegar base and was decent. Summer our waitress was very attentive and prompt despite the circumstances."

"The 5 stars were strictly for the beef lo mein and egg rolls!! They were really good!!! The fried rice, not so much... I only took a few bites and tried adding soy sauce for more flavor which didn't help unfortunately. The rice was crunchy and tasteless. I would definitely go back for the lo mein and egg rolls though."
