"Have gotten poke bowls a few times! I like their selection of toppings and the fish is fresh. I also like that I can order online. The first time i went the girl cashing me out was rude, the second time (same girl) she was very nice, hit or miss or she was having a bad day. Either way I would come back for the product"

"Best pho I've had in a long time! Great portions. We ended up ordering extra rice noodles so we could have levftovers the next night. Overall the whole experience was great and delicious! Will definitely go back our next time in Deland"

"I enjoyed my plantain tacos in mole sauce, and liked the vegan enchiladas even more, but I personally don’t think it’s enough food or substance for the price. If they added vegan meat and cheese options to the dishes in their menu I’d be more tempted to return. However the ambience was nice and it server was very friendly."

"Pass Pass Pass. Visited the Bake Shop to try their coveted Left Hander Burger. Went with 3 other and here is what happened. I ordered the burger and Liza the steak sandwich, we also had 2 glasses of Pinot each... The Pinot was basic and they charged $10.00 a glass. So $40.00 for 4 Glasses bottle was not available) I ordered the burger and Liza the Steal sandwich both with Onion rings an up sale from the waitress). Rings were burnt so I asked they be redone and they were burnt a 2nd time, when I told the waitress she shrugged her shoulders. We finished our meal and ordered a 2nd drink, not 2 minutes after served we we being asked if we wanted the check, we said we didn't know if we were done and she came back 3 times within 5 minutes. Server took Liza's glass 1/2 full and Liza had to say to wait as she was not finished. When we did get the check the amounts were totally off. We asked that it be correct and she seamed upset. I buy local and the service here was horrible. I'd stay away from this place, plenty of other places in Deland that treat customers right. PS I still left a 20%Tip."

"The service was great (10/10) with a friendly and knowledgeable presentation. The food was good with a reasonable smoke. The pulled pig was quite fat, but the St. Louis-Style ribs were usually covered by the bone with only one hint of bark."

"'Comfy ' place. A buffet kinda place...yes, it 's got the line...yes, it 's got a nice variety of salads, soup, FABULOUS lamb (and ham and roast beef , and your typical 'buffet ' vegetables...and desserts you can only dream about! (There was a cake...at least 12 inches high! The basket of piping hot bread and not just slices of bread or re warmed rolls a buttery/garlicky light bread that you HAD to eat! It was THAT good! Plusses? The LAMB and the carver who serves all the meats. The 'garlic mashed potatoes '. The bread...served by the wait staff. The genuine warmth of the wait staff! And the desserts (also served by wait staff . And if you get there at a busy time, waiting in the outside gardens is also a plus! Next time you travel through DeLand, stop at Cooks."

No apology,No Remedy, No call back after numerous call, even due send photos to the Manager(Shannon).Her reply was we have a enough customers and we don?t care!!!! Think twice before your order out. Adding to the owner response to my critique!! I never asked you for free food!!! All I was asking to correct my order!!! I was your customer for over six years I always tried to support our local merchants.. No ones want your free food I paid for mine as you see this is what I got!!! And please don?t lie, and don?t change the truth!!!"
