"Great place. One of the best Chinese takeaways I had. £19 for two meals and one side. all the containers were packed at the crispy, large portions. the biggest pocket of (free) cracks I have ever given at a takeaway. the staff was nice and the food came out very quickly. delicious food. chow my garnel noodles super tasty, much garnel. pork with water chests had loads of meat and vegetables. Finally, reserve ribs had a delicious, thick sauce with unique taste and lots of meat on the ribs. I was so full of the noodles I left the half later and will probably have to eat the rips and crackers for breakfast!"

"Visited on a busy Sunday with 6 of us the carvery was exceptional- amazing bark pork and truthahn and a great selection of tasty vegetables what our visit extra specially made the beautiful staff were a friendly, professional arrival greeted by sam exceptional service of...our server simeon and chloe the gent that served the carvery with glasses, obviously"

"This pub really thrilled me in every aspect. the maître d' was very well known on the wide selection of local ales as well as the inspiring selection of homemade pub duck. the landscape around the pub was stunning and just a stone's throw away from the historic city center makes it a realistic option for a quick escape from the city. one can say that this pub has a serious family inheritance and the care that goes into all things to do with this pub is very obvious. in consideration of the difficultities of the last year, the renters have clearly made considerable efforts to offer an al fresco dining experience. well done all involved."

"Very vegan friendly! at the entry I told them that I was vegan, they gave me the Allergen Information Brochure also to work as if something was vegan with it and so I chose a vegetarian option of the main menu then checked in the broochure that there was no eggs or milk and was vegan therefore! I had the goan veggie curry and blood orange sorbet mango sorbet for dessert! all the workers I met understand veganism and were all very nice about it! Definitiw suggest for anyone who visits the can, also I think it is a chain!"

"Very disappointed with the service! We were over charged for food and when confronted we were told that there had been a price increase of 10%. We picked up a menu when in the restaurant and no increases of prices were shown, no information on display in the restaurant and we were not told in person or over the phone when we ordered. We will NOT be returning!"

"We ordered at 5.10 pm on a Monday and waited a whole hour for delivery only to find that the noodles were more like spaghetti. The chow main had no veg and the sweet and sour sauce was watery with no flavour. Wasn't a good experience. It was so bad we actually returned it and went somewhere else !"
