"Wir sind seit Jahren fast wöchentlich zu Gast im Poseidon. Der Service ist herausragend, alle sind sehr nett und gut geschult, jedoch nicht aufdringlich. Die Speisen sind frisch und lecker, besonders zu empfehlen sind die Dorade und die Lammhaxe. Fast täglich gibt es frischen Fisch vom Markt auf der Tageskarte. Hier sind besonders das Thunfischtartar (zubereitet vom Chef persönlich) und die Seezunge herauszuheben. Weiter so!!"

"Pastagerichte nicht schmackhaft zubereitet. Angeblich hausgemachte Cannelloni absolute Katastrophe, in Sahne ertränkt, Geschmack ungenießbar, Anrichtung lieblos und unappetitlich. Ein gutes Restaurant hätte das Gericht nach meiner Beanstandung nicht berechnet. Auf Nachfrage wurden nach Rücksprache mit dem Chef 2 EUR Rabatt gewährt! Abgerechnet wurde manuell, ohne Kassenquittung. Bei dieser Qualität und Service Geld besser sparen, und selber kochen!"

"We got married and had our free wedding there this week incl. Wedding party. The final result was a hammer, and we could not have imagined it more fantastic. All this we owe to the organization of Sandra (living companion of the boss and, above all, to the implementation of Eva (Head of the Council of Ministers? Without Sandra and, above all, Eva, everything would be condemned to failure, because it unfortunately gives the impression that the left hand does not know what the rights are doing in advance when planning. We had four different contact persons in three planning discussions taking place before the wedding. And everyone following has either glowed in ignorance about the process, or rejected the ideas of his previous speaker, or presented as not feasible at all (diffamation of his own team? Absolute NoGo, or was very sober, little warm and more profitable. Only when we came to Sandra and gave our impression, she had managed to rip the rudder around. And then came the highlight, the senior manager of the restaurant, who called us to the right lanes 1.5 days before our event, which was finally directed by Sandra (21-22!!) and wanted to revise the entire event in other rooms. She said that on the eve of our wedding we went there again and had to listen to your (immediately little thought-out ideas, and friendly but decisively had to say that everything remains as planned by Sandra (without knowing what will be expected the next day! I've never had such a fear! . Now seriously, such an excitement does not want a bridal couple a few hours before their own wedding. But again, the location is the hammer and definitely worth it and should not be missed. I can only recommend to all bridal people to insist on Sandra (planning Eva) being the only contact persons and persons responsible from the first consultation. If the two managing directors and the senior restaurant manager get out of your planning, your dream wedding is guaranteed in this wonderful location!"

"After changing the village in the old town of Hatting, the Ristorante Basilea is still a wonderful place for a dinner in a beautiful ambience. The inconspicuous but Italian authentic service was excellent. The selection of wines looks like this. Excellent and highly recommended restaurant!"

"I cannot understand the rather negative assessment of my predecessor, but perhaps one has simply made it and improved. well possible. I was very happy at any rate and would come back here at any time.Here someone has thought about what he does. both the interieur and the food card, service and ultimately the decisive result on the teller are well thought out. not perfect, but very good. I like the ambiente, even if here in the did not become so clear what you want to be. bierschwemme? raised restaurant? it is still the charm of oak rustic, but with many bright and fresh colors a pleasant ambient was created. there is a style before and the local is well decorated. there someone has concept and heart and yet it is somehow strange to find a freshly painted green walls, beautiful white-green furniture and the somehow matching German oak of theke then a very sweet and unrestrained PVC floor. still you can feel comfortable here. that begins with a friendly greeting and a finally unrequested recommendation from day dishes, I have not experienced that for a long time. the service was consistently friendly and attentive, whether you have spoken with the service or the thek staff. the menu is good-bourgeois with some beautiful ideas, while without firlefance and not to be lifted off despite the beautiful ideas. at the beginning brot was served with a crumble cream, both fresh and tasty, especially at brot I unfortunately often experience older dry brot. then there was a nice greeting from the kitchen, carrots/potatoes in the glass. I'm sure you wouldn't have expected this, but you didn't seem overwhelmed. tastefully well tuned, a little more whipped perhaps, but still delicious. as a main dish I had a cordon bleu from the calf with pastinakenpürree (has changed the supplement on my own request because it irritated me). the meat was good and tender, cheese and sink filled in good resistance, even here might have done a sparkling more salt well when seasoning. and absolutely enthusiastic I was of the pastinaken puree, which had the optimal spice, strong, without being overwürzt, a very good consistency and distinctly different and more pleasant than normal spice. class idea and highly recommended. in total safe at one or the other place a bit of air up, in particular the spagat between boar and restaurant is sure to be interesting for duration, but definitiw a local where you can feel comfortable and eat well. I can absolutely recommend it. you realize that not just someone has opened up an economy, but has thought very carefully what he is doing before. it is not perfect yet, but it is good, really good and therefore from my view also the four points legitimate. I will check it at times, unfortunately I am not from bochum myself."
