"We arrived at 2:15, they close at 2:30. They still seated and served us lunch. Our server did not skimp on service either. The tomato basil soup is just so delicious. Perfectly made. Nice thickness, a buttery yet tomato yummy. Not acidic, and nicely seasoned with the basil. Highly recommend. I didn't take a picture- because I ate it. The price is on par with our are. Full sandwich with soup (or salad, fries, Mac salad or potato salad) for $16.00. With all those avocados? Yes- Paines Clubis delicious."

"This is a beautiful facility that offers a lot for everyone who runs through. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but we spent an hour walking around the shops and premises. Grab the goods they sell here, especially the dried fruits. The confectionery store also has a wide range of candy. Parking was plentiful and you can stroll around all kinds of birds. The toilets were also clean. Definitely recommend to stop here whether you go south or north!"

"After a long 's day hike Pinnacles National Park, my crew and I were craving some good food. Naturally on our way back home we stopped by Hollister and came upon To Pho.As is one of my favorite dishes on any Vietnamese restaurant 's menu, I ordered the Chilly Lemongrass Beef Noodle Dish which was essentially a lemongrass beef with vermicelli. I was sadly underwhelmed with this dish, because I could barely tasted the lemongrass. It wasn 't a type of lemongrass beef/pork/chicken dish that I 'd had before because this dish was more saucy which caught me off guard. Tasting the dishes of the rest of my friends, I realized that the preparation of the meats at To Pho were very standardized. The meats had glossy finishes and depended on their sauces to have flavor instead of flavor actually being incorporated into the meat.While I enjoyed the staff and of course the location being in the center of downtown Hollister, I was not impressed by To Pho.As always take care and happy eating!"

"I had quite every salad (in season) and most ducks. I cannot say enough for the consistent excellence in the quality of these cooks food. It is unique, the boiled flavors are savory, the salads are fresh and robust in size and dressing flavors. Just the best salads I've ever had, period. The first steak I ordered was so good, I'm now urging all the other steaks of this standard. Best duck and best red snapper I ever had btw. He has a small selection of free beers and wines. Take a date, take your family, take your friends. You will not be disappointed in this fantastic kitchen."
