"I ate here with friends a week or two ago and we thought it was fantastic. We all had fish and chips absolutely delicious. We sat on the patio and had an outdoor space to ourselves. No lake view but a casual, pleasant evening."

"Very friendly service as well as delicious snacks and coffee. the waterfront bistro is located next to the lobby in the summerland waterfront resort and is a great place to enjoy dishes and snacks. the menu includes hot breakfast, light lunch breaks, suppening, sandwiches, wraps, muffins and baked biscuits as well as special teas, coffee and smoothies. they also have ice cream."

"We stayed in Cudjoe and wanted to help local business with out store needs HOWEVER on my 2nd trip to store the lady behind the deli counter was so rude, I decided Food Lion was just fine. She asked me what I wanted and I paused with a Ummm for a second while I tried to remember which one my family had decided on and she made a circle motion with her pen like come on hurry up . Which made me pause in shocked and I said allowed, I 'm sorry I am distracted by this and motion the same movement with my hand. I attempted to continue but she did the same motion again. I stopped and said never mind. She flopped her pen over and turned away. I put my groceries down and walked away. So much for supporting local. It should also be noted that we were the ONLY people in the store."

"After a day's sailing on Lake Macquarie, we (11 of us) found this little restaurant tucked away at Summerland Point. It is a delightful, family run restaurant with authentic dishes that will please all the Italian cuisine lovers out there. Although I chose a steak, it came with a great, creamy sauce that really enhanced the meal. Freshly steamed vegetables were included, not an extra. The others had different pasta dishes, and all their dishes were cleaned at the end of the meal. The meals were quite a hearty serve. All agreed - Yummy! Next time I am having the marinara/seafood pasta as my friend next to me had. All I could hear were moans of delight as it disappeared. Although fully licensed, I saw that corkage is a mere $2.00 per bottle - wine only. The service was really personal without being obtrusive and hard to fault. Kaitlin is a delightful young lady who made us feel special.While we sat outside under cover, we could see that inside was less casual with linen tablecloths and a solo guitarist providing a delightful atmosphere. If you are after a casual group meal in an al fresco setting or a more intimate, formal dining experience inside the restaurant, I don't think you will be disappointed. Meals (including pre-dinner snacks) and alcohol was less than $30.00 per head. Great value."

"Wir haben uns dieses kleine, aber sehr nette Restaurant in Summerland ausgesucht, weil es bis dato zwar nur 9, dafür aber ausschliesslich hervorragende Bewertungen hier auf Tripadvisor gegeben hat. Uns wir wurden nicht enttäuscht:- Super nette Bedienung- Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis- Sehr leckeres, frisches Essen!Wir hatten den "US Burger" und wir müssen uns lange zurück erinnern, einen so leckeren Burger mitsamt Pommes (Kartoffelscheiben) und Salat gegessen zu haben. Super!"
