"We have been going to this place often since it opened. It's not convenient that they removed the printed menu. You need to download the application, register, then also download the menu. They didn’t bring the bill, they themselves went to the checkout and paid there, like in a supermarket The service is getting worse and worse over time!!! (Original Ходим часто в это заведение с самого открытия . Очень не удобно,что убрали распечатанное меню. Нужно скачать приложение ,пройти регистрацию, потом ещё и меню скачать . Были 12.02.22,вечером, обслуживал официант , молодой человек, имя не запомнила . Пивные закуски несли нам ровно час !!!! Пиво мы попросили сразу принести нам по несколько бокалов, потому что знаем ,что ждать долго. На что официант ответил ,что не сможет этого сделать ,т.к. бокалов нет на баре чистых Это очень глупо выглядит .... Попросили счёт, ждали минут 30 . Счёт так и не принесли ,сами пошли к кассе и рассчитались там ,как в супермаркете Обслуживание все хуже и хуже становится со временем !!!"

Из минусов стейк мачете на троечку, обслуживание не соответствует уровню, минут 15 ждал официанта, и куверт 10% не понятно за что... за эти 15 минут поиска официанта? Как клуб наверное круто, как ресторан больше не пойду."

По выходным закрыто, режим работы больше напоминает столовую для работников близлежащих организаций. Ассортимент и качество блюд довольно не плохие. Внутри чисто, просторно, все новое и современное. Посетил это заведение случайно, был по делам в организации рядом, специально туда не поехал бы."

Все здание такое старое, грязное и облезлое, страшно внутрь заходить, когда видишь обвалившуюся стену фасада. При входе, сразу ощущается ..мерзкий запах старых тряпок и блевотины. Единственное место, где еще можно посидеть, не отбив при этом аппетит, это летняя веранда, но и там атмосфера сельского клуба начала 90х, эти светодиодные трубочки..искусственные цветочки...и певичка...не попадающая в ноты..и очень мерзко и громко завывающая.репертуарчик моей бабушки. Персонал очень угрюмый, а том что клиенту надо улыбаться...не обученный. Администратор какая то жлобиха, без вкуса и интеллекта, не умеющая грамотно общаться, а почитав, что она пишет в этой группе, и грамотно писать на русском. Хотя, чему тут удивляться,какое заведение такой и администратор. Туалеты обосанные с жутким запахом.Еда отвратительная, единственный плюс это шашлык. Если в залах такие антисанитарные условия, то страшно даже представить, что на кухне. Куда только смотрит СанПиН, такие места очень любят тараканы. Закройте уже этот сарай в центре города, а лучше снесите. Убогое заведение проходите"
