"It's been a long time since I had such a bad experience. we ordered by uber frisst first the restaurant had not what I had ordered, so I had to change my order. then the driver had to wait 20 minutes in the restaurant until the order is finished. then, when we finally got our food, it was not only cold, but my order was completely wrong and they did not deliver any cutlery or serviettes we demanded. as we stayed in a hotel, we had no cutlery so we literally had to eat poutine and salad with our hands! would they enjoy this eating experience? I would give zero stars if I could. if they cannot provide a basic service level, they should not be in business."

"I went there with my boyfriend and at first we were pleasantly surprised with the decor. If you like video games, this place is for you! You can see games being played on the screens and you can actually play on their computers if you feel like it. Everything on the menu has some game-related name so we thought that was pretty cool. The music was pretty loud so it's not a place you go to if you just want to enjoy a quiet ambiance with your boyfriend and have a three-course meal. However, if you're seeking a pub where you can hang out with some friends and have a drink, LvlOp is pretty cool. As for the prices, I thought they were a little high for what we got. I don't drink beer so I often take glasses of wine or cocktails and they had nothing under 9$ for a glass. The good thing is that under every cocktail is indicated the amount of alcohol in ounces, so it gives you a good idea of what you're going to get. Plus, they tell you whether the drink is sweet, bitter, strong, etc with the help of a small legend at the top of the menu. The food was good. They have all kinds of meals on the menu; pasta, burgers, poutines, salads, etc. What I liked is that they had their own mayonnaise and their own sauce for everything. I don't think I was charmed enough to go back. It was a good experience and we got good and fast service but I just thought it was too expensive for the quality that we got."

"We found this place by chance and what a great find. The staff was friendly and helpful (we don't speak French) and the food was wonderful. Salad was fresh and beautifully large and the pizza was excellent. They had 5 taps with a nice beer selection. If you are in the neighborhood and want a cheap meal, I highly recommend this place."

"Bringing children for the trip, most restaurants near 930. they still open around 1030. tuna tataki is sharp, didn't know that. metzger choice steak with burned kartoffels, not edible, and burned charred chimichurri sauce, can be that is their wise to do it? love the choices of beer though."

"Burgers, beers and fries or poutine. All three are good. My only complaint is that like everywhere else we've had a burger in Quebec, the burgers are cooked and you cannot specify medium rare the way we like it. Of the three beers I had the stout was my favorite, the Cornik was also good and I didn't enjoy the Holda. In hindsight I should have gone with Amaruq which was my original 3rd choice but chose the Holda as it was what was opened for cask opening Wednesday."
