"Food is always good but the last few times we order takeout they forget at least one meal or item. Just today they forgot the broth for my Pho and when we left I asked and they said there was chili oil and there was none. Check your to go order to make sure it's correct."

"I am very disappointed with the sandwiches that we ordered. We went there for sandwiches mid morning. I ordered #49 Roast beef and honey ham sandwich and my husband had the #81 egg, cheese and bacon sandwich. The service was fast because the place was empty. The protein in my sandwich it was one tiny piece of roast beef that looks like jerky and the ham taste like bologna. While we were eating, they received the inventory- the produce, meats and dairy including eggs it was sitting outside on the side walk for more than 20minutes at 85 degree. The floor and the vents on the displays were stuffed with dust. I used to work in restaurants and I don?t recommend to eat there."

"We stopped in with the whole family-four kids and two adults. We were seated quickly and we ordered a couple appetizers-the chicken wings and the egg rolls. I'll be honest in saying that they came out suspiciously quick, so they were probably cookedbeforehand, but we were astonished at the flavors. The appetizers were absolutely fantastic. For our mains, we ordered twotypes of phó, a combo fried rice, and some type of rice noodle salad. Again, we were stunned by the complexity of flavors. Mywife and I both agreed that this was one of the best meals we've ever had, and we own a restaurant. We live about an hour awayfrom the cities, but we would make the drive just to visit again, which we will very soon. Thank you to the staff who put upwith our crazy kids. You handled it well. You were also very attentive, courteous, and fun. We can't wait to come back!"

"When we first entered the restaurant, the hostess was extremely rude, asked to see a menu we were ignored. When we were finally able to order she got extra crabby. Well we waited for our food then left and no utensils to eat no napkins and we ordered general Tahoe chicken and we got sesame chicken."

"My favorite restaurant! As a vegetarian I cannot be happier about this place. I bring all my friends (literally) and everyone loves it! They have just amazing options for everybody and the staff is just the best!!! I highly recommend the GARLIC EGGPLANT, ORANGE MEATLESS CHICKEN, VEGGIE MUSHU and BROCCOLI W/ GARLIC SAUCE. (ask not spicy if you don?t like spicy haha)! Love you guys thanks for keeping the business open! I cannot wait to move back to SF to be closer to this place!"
