"Came for your 3 courses as advertised. The waitress said not available on Sunday and unloaded the menu. My husband had pork steak, that wins minute and cooked too much, so could not get into the flesh. When we paid, I told the girl. She said steaks are usually bigger than that, in this case why not 2 on the plate. She said I'm sorry, but no reduction in the bill. Very disappointing."

"We have eaten at the Old Kings Head quite a few times and always get served with a welcoming smile and great home cooked, very tasty food. We have tried most of the menu with being a Buckby resident with a love for good food. Wednesday night burger and a pint is amazing value and the Sunday lunch is a big winner too. All homemade food and you can taste the difference, we will be returning regularly. Matt and Katie provide a great family welcoming atmosphere, we love it."
