"I made a reservation almost two weeks prior to the day/time I wanted through their website (powered by tossdown) and I got a confirmation email. When we arrived they stated we should have received a phone call or email cancelling it because they reserved it for an event. I received neither and they blamed opentable (who I did not go through). They said we could have the table for one hour and then had to leave. Since we were going to a show we decided to take it and had to eat quickly. The food was decent but we did not receive any apologies. Will not go back. As we were sitting there we saw others come in with reservations and they were told the same thing we were. Very sad and not professional at all."
