"We were walking up into the old town when we noticed this and were lucky enough to get a table. The lady we chatted to was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our food was fantastic! I had the beef cheek with polenta. I love beef brisket and this was similar and yet subtly different. Wonderful. It didn't look much on the plate but I had difficulty finishing the side salad (lovely and fresh) I'd ordered as well. My husband had the pulled sheep. This came as a beautifully arranged set of tiny open sandwich style things on what he said was rye bread, and the spicing here was zingy and fresh. He had the beans as a side. I think these were maybe haricot beans, braised in a vegetable stock we could see celery and carrots there. I need to learn how to make this at home. We both pinched a bit of each other's to try. Another reviewer said their bread was stale. Ours wasn't, but we have noticed this occasionally at evening meals in other restaurants this week, and we were here at lunchtime. All our bread was used in cleaning our plates. There were breadsticks too, but my husband ate them all before I had a chance to try one. Coffee afterwards was an espresso in a beautiful cup and saucer served with petits fours. As we staggered happily away up the hill, we felt very well fed and glad that we'd found this restaurant."

"Wouldnt know what to say is better, food, service, atmosphere or choices od food they offer! I am a huge food lover and love cooking myself and tasting different food and as such, my main focus on vacations is tasting food. That said, this Restaurant absolutely blow my mind! We had 2 different starters, 2 main dishes and 2 deserts, local wine and prosecco… all absolutely amazing! As a huge plus to this great food are the lovely people working here, that make your visit even more enjoyable! If I am ever anywhere close to Bergamo again, no way I will miss this place!"

"Had the Gamburger delicious meat and wonderful toppings of pumpkin marmalade! Craft beer and local wine also on offer, this is how 'fast food ' should be! They also offer gluten free buns and a huge variety of burgers, lots of choice."
