"Solid food. Good rice. Seasoned well. Meats had a char that made them taste better. Many different types of people came in while we were there. Displayed art on walls. Good small business that you should try. We will be back!!"

"So disappointed in the $43 Lou’s pizza that was just delivered tonight from the Bolingbrook store. I was so looking forward to this after a day of fasting for a medical procedure. Damn! I ordered the pizza to be cooked “well done” expecting a crispy charred crust. Nope. What was supposed to be a well done and crispy pizza order came as a limp soggy crust except for the very edges. Toppings slid right off. Last time they screwed up my order, too. At least this time, they prepared the pizza with the correct toppings. Lou Malnati’s is a very good pizza and I like it a lot. It’s just this store seems to not pay attention to their online order requests. Two orders, two screwups. And with delivery, there’s really nothing I can do except review."

"Food is fresh, and the restaurant is very clean. The dishes are well prepared, and tasty. I would love if they added a section of the menu that would have some more authentic Chinese dishes.So far I have tried the Mao Pao Tofu, and the Mu Shu Pork. Very happy with both.Looking forward to trying something different next time.I definitely recommend this place."

"We had never been to the actual restaurant. My son always gets HRI pizza at Wrigley and loves it so we thought we'd give it a shot. It was around 3pm and we hadn't eaten lunch yet so we were starving! We got garlic bread, super fries and pizza. The food was fantastic! Way better than I ever expected any of it. The super fries were crunchy. Even with cheese sauce on them. The bacon was real bacon and crunchy. I thought the sour cream served with cheese sauce was odd (I tend to think ranch with cheese sauce, sour cream with melted shredded cheese), but it was good. The garlic bread was huge. I wish I had taken pics but I was too hungry! Some of the best pizza I've had in awhile. The service was less than stellar. Our waiter disappeared for long periods of time. They made our pizza wrong and had to redo it. Once he gave us our appetizers, he did not come back and check on us until my son's pizza was done, and he had to tell us they screwed up the other one. They did comp us one of the appetizers without us asking or anything, and I feel like the waiter was new, so I'd cut him some slack! We were just very hungry and still had a 3 hour drive home ahead of us, so it kind of sucked in the moment. Anyway, I would highly recommend. I wish there was a HRI closer to home!"

"An a experience like no other, the food came out fast it tasted delicious and the service was perfect. My only complaint about the place was it was a little warm and not alot of air circulation for how warm it was. But like i said other than that the food for the price is 100% worth it don’t hesitate on coming."

"Will it ramen? I think that this is a good ramen place. It has its unique profile in taste, the noodles where good and the pork had great flavor. The pork bun was my favorite starter, to be honest the shrimp shumai had a light shrimp flavor it took a few pieces to taste it. Their drinks are tasty and not too sweet. I look forward to coming again and tasting the garlic broth."
