"From time to time, it hits me on the record country. Okay, the Dorsteners don't hear that because they see their city as a gate to the Ruhr area and the Mezzomar fits well in the Creativ district. Very well positioned on the grounds of the old Prince Leopold Zeche with relatively much green in the outdoor area and of course the beautifully designed ambience around it, it is also a quarter in which some artists have their studios. The restaurant itself is designed so many currently modern Cucinas, tapas bars, system Italians, spacious Mediterranean etc., which are so: large space, little plush, beautiful wooden tables and straight chairs the latter happy padded. (I am not getting younger, so slowly I find wooden chairs without pillows or padding exhausting. There are also some beautiful mirrors in sticky silver frames at the tables I personally found beautiful. Otherwise, large areas of the place are a little gloomy for those who are not directly on the window. The staff is friendly and dedicated to the guest. Clean was all I saw. The menu had a lot of choice so everyone should be happy. There is also a small lunch card with reduced prices. There were no highlights like me. Zero, nada, sweet. A selection of salads, pastries, pizzas and carvings. Compulsory salmon, calamis and shrimp dishes. There is also a performance and the typical nightly á la Tirmisu. Nothing that would tear me from the chair. I had a pizza with salmon, spinach and garlic for almost 12 euros, which was nicely thin from the dough, but somehow, despite the garlic, even after desalination, came very average. There was nothing to say in the cappuccino, but nothing to say. Well, I think you can eat there after 2:30. Many restaurants in Dorsten are open only in the evening or have closed between 2:30 and 17:30. So I'll probably land sooner or later in the Mezzomar, I'm actually trying to take a bottle of chili ginger sauce to give my food more pepp. I admit that everything sounds more like a 2 points rating than a 3 points rating. I see the Mezzomar at 2.5 points. The second half of the third point is for the mirrors."

"We were friends with friends yesterday. so it can be called, because we have been served very warmly by the owners. the food was excellent and the weeping tuned. we had an appetizer for 4 people, pizza and pasta dishes, which were also individually prepared according to our wishes (e.g. vegetarian pizza), as well as a delicious dessert. this evening demands a repetition! until soon and love greetings from there!"
