"We were staying at the Ibis Budget Motel and was walking to Hungry Jacks for dinner when we spotted the Westside Hotel and decided to give it a try. The decor is smart and modern. The menu seemed a little basic but that made it easier to chose a meal. We started off with the parmesan & sweet chilli bread. It came out quickly and was very good. For the mains I had the Swiss Chicken Breast with ham (it was a bacon rasher), cheese & mustard sauce with chips & a side bowl of salad. The mustard sauce was a little too overpowering for my liking. The chips were delicious. The meals are huge and I couldn't finish it all. My husband had T-bone steak with Bombay sauce. He asked for his steak to be cooked medium rare, but it was rare...very rare. We had no idea what Bombay sauce was (we still don't) but it was very tasty and went well with the steak and chips. I had a Blue Cosmos cocktail and I would have liked another but couldn't get anyone to serve us on the dining room side of the bar. My husband even went around to the front bar and still couldn't get served so I had to settle for a glass of water, which is self serve at the bar but unfortunately is room temperature."

"Got takeaway from The Monkey Bar tonight & it was amazing! I got their weekly burger special the 'Super Freak'! Their burger buns, so good! I loved everything about it! The girls at the bar were super friendly & even though they were really busy I didn't wait long for my takeaway!"

"The presse is a great place, a really beautiful location in a cultural heritage standing on the list, with a large area surrounded by plants. eating is also great and they are more than happy when vegans are needed. the falafel dish is delish!"

"We come to Dubbo every Easter long weekend and we always hit up Spartans a few times over the few days we are here. "Bought an egg and bacon roll for breakfast, and a Caesar salad roll and curried egg sandwich for work. All scrumptious. Quick service, with a few other guys going to work at the same time being taken care of very efficiently. Nice cappuccino too."

"We had a terrible experience before a fair time and thought hot. No, still terrible. sushi is dry, tastes like the fish is old and was exposed in a refrigerator. the personal wrote on a piece of our mülleimer, so that we can take to the...competent staff, it can't be a bit busy. will not be back."
