"I've eaten here two weekends in a row. While the food is good, the wait staff are extremely rude. They speak to you very condescendingly. The lady checking me out took my card out of my hand, because I wasn't figuring out the machine fast enough for her. They do not have desert spoons. When I went to get another silverware set, a cook came out from the kitchen and scolded me for taking another set. They also charge a service fee of per person, and this doesn't include tip or tax. Overall, the food isn't worth the experience. The metro area offers many other Pakistani, Indian, and Nepali options that are less expensive, do not have hidden costs, and also provide helpful, friendly service."

"Very slow service. My wife and I both ordered half a sandwich and a soup. It took nearly 30 minutes for them to bring our entrees. I ordered a desert and they brought that out at about 15 minutes and acted like we had already had our entrees. The food isn't bad, but it's not worth the poor service."

"Yummmm!. Wonderful coffee! We love Cafe Evoke the atmosphere is hip but also kid-friendly. The baristas know how to make an amazing cup of coffee and the owners are super friendly and welcoming! If you consider yourself a coffee snob try out Evoke for sure!"

"The servers/bartenders are all attentive and knowledgeable. The menu pricing has changed since the last picture, so I'm going to include the new menu. I got a pound boneless half Eddie's Sauce and Half Mango Habanero. The Eddie's Sauce had a decent, subtle flavor. For a BBQ sauce, it wasn't overpowering. The Mango Habanero though, was not overpowering enough. It was more mango than habanero. The flavor was really good, but I was hoping for more spice. Habanero is one of the spiciest common peppers, so I was hoping for a bit of pain. The whole pound was a little pricey, as I was looking for a restaurant instead of a restaurant. I'd still bring a date here, as the atmosphere is really nice and cozy."

"This location has gotten progressively worse with each visit over the years. Here’s my latest… My wife and I arrived for lunch at 11:30 on Wednesday. The restaurant was almost empty, only a few tables were occupied. The girl at the front desk told us it would be about a 15 minute wait for a table even though there were plenty of open tables in the dining area. So we opted to sit at the high chairs in the bar area. This was just the beginning. Every single waitress walking around looked miserable. Nobody smiled at all. Our waitress took our drink order then our food order. We both ordered 10 traditional wings but my wife ordered all flats, which she got. But, they must have put all of her chicken legs on my order because I had only a single, flat and 9 legs. The waitress never checked on us, I had to flag another waitress down to ask for napkins and we wipes. Unbelievable. We had no napkins! Also, nothing to put our bones in. We also ordered some wings and fries to take home for our son. And, when paying our bill, I asked our waitress if we could buy a bottle of the Parmesan garlic sauce. She said we’d have to get that at the front. So, we walked to the front. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me. There were some customers getting food to go so I waited patiently while the counter girl took care of them. Two other customers came in and she took their order. Finally, after watching 3 girls miserably walking around and ignoring us, including our waitress who had told us we needed to go there for the sauce, I asked the girl at the counter if I could order something. My wife was boiling mad at this point and told me to forget it. So we left. By far the slowest and most depressing visit ever to a BWW."
