"Our hotel recommended this restaurant. And that was a good tip ! Great food, quick service and very reasonable priced. We were with 8 people and everybody was happy; fish, meat and pasta lovers. Highly recommended after your walk in the mountains !"

"Do not come here. Unless you like inflated prices, infrequent service and aiding tax evasion. Oh and very boring food for insane prices. If so, come on down. I can’t believe this place exists in 2019. (Now under new management so much worse than before any positive review from 2018 or before should be discounted)."

"I had a fairly pleasant meal, marred mostly by the glacial service -- and I can't fault the one waitress, the only server for a full restaurant on a Saturday night in peak tourist season; she worked hard, but one employee just isn't enough, it seems. For a main dish, I was intrigued by the Locro, a bean/corn/meat stew, but what I was served was very bland. I was able to doctor it with lots of salt, hot sauce, and some garlic spread served with the bread, and this gave it some flavor. For dessert, I had the house flan, which was stylishly presented and quite tasty.The menu has English translations; the waitress spoke no English. Credit cards accepted."

"I uncover the food, I ordered the pumpkin soup and a juice. Very rich. I thought it was a little expensive $2600. Attention can improve. But it is an excellent choice for vegans and those who eat without tacc."

"During our four day stay in this town, this was definitely our favorite place to eat in El Chalten. Goulash, vegetarian, or pizza (which is more like the biggest calzone I've ever seen) you can't go wrong. Moreover, the place has real family feel literally. A young girl who must have been someone's daughter or granddaughter was folding napkins as we entered. The waitress was exceptionally friendly and helpful. One word of the advice: get there early. Once the place fills, that's it. We saw plenty of people get turned away. Also, if you have a large party or want your own table, get there early. Otherwise, you'll end up at the family style table which can be a wonderful way to meet other hikers but also can be a roll of the dice."
