"Beautiful small business offers cooked eating with vegan options. the load also operates a quantity of vegetable materials, including milk and not milk cheese. we had pasta al pesto, roasted kartoffels and thai kos and sweet potato soup. everything was super tasty and we had it in the sun in the tables they had outside."

"Sitting up high on top of the Escalante cliffs, the Kiva Koffeehouse has an amazing view! The Cafe has picture windows set in a semi-circular building affording beautiful views every direction. The outdoor patio is wonderful in pleasant weather and is dog friendly too. Definitely worth the stop!"

"One of the best post bike ride or hike lunches is a sausage! Had their beef and pork version with sauerkraut and added chopped jalapeños(they were fresh so a bit milder than I like but still good). Super friendly service and plenty of outdoor seating and some nice indoor if that is your preference. Prices are more than reasonable for the area."

"I don't know if I was hungry for hiking or what, but that was the best meal I had in YEARS. I didn't expect such an amazing dinner from a small town in Utah. All from the free maize bread, to the house salad with charred lemon, to the tamal, to the pork and twice baked potato....ruly incredible. The service was also top notch. They have a small kitchen, but seemed to do a good job to get all the food out in time. My duck came out almost 15 minutes after my order! If I come back to Escalante at any time, I'll bet again at the Devils Garden!"
