"I was in the process of writing an important essay. I thought I would treat myself to some chicken balls that, from previous experience at other establishments, are absolutely delicious. To my horror, I was confronted with the doughy, cloying, insipid balls of s that were delivered to me. I am in awe of how somebody that claims to be professional can claim that this even qualifies as food. I wouldn't even feed these to my dog. I am ashamed that a chicken's life had to be taken to produce these monstrosities. Makes a man want to turn vegan. Excuse me whilst I throw up."

"Terrible customer service experience!!!!! 17/11/2022 I ordered pizza deal tonight from sidwell street outlet. The driver called to find out directions which I gave him but clearly he was somehow confused or not listening or distracted. He hung up on me, I called the outlet and spoke to a person called Carmen who displayed appallingly shocking customer service 1. She accused me of being rude to the delivery guy which I wasn't, she couldn't say exactly what was rude that I said to him 2. Then she threatened to hang up on me because I was rude to her...apparently I was raising my voice at her. Something I could also accuse her of as she was strenuously accusing me of rudeness to the driver. 3.When I told her their customer service was appalling considering her accusations and threat and not even thinking she should listen to my view she said the driver has hearing impediment and couldn't hear me and so was not comfortable to deliver to me... quickly changed the story from me being rude to the driver not feeling comfortable to deliver to me 4. Probably the worst of all, when I asked for her name and she told me and I spelt it just to be sure I heard right, she burst out laughing and commented sarcastically that I got the spelling right!!! That was so disrespectful!! They totally ruined the evening for our guest who we ordered the pizza for. TBH I am actually scared of eating the pizza, how do i know she has spat on it?"

"I went here for lunch with my husband, I asked about the vegan options and the server knew exactly what vegan were and also advised me what the things could be “veganized”. She also went and talked to the cook who was vegan and he said I could have everything I wanted, what a welcome! I chose the Indo-Coco curry and some sweet potato chips, it was so delicious, I can't wait to go back!"

"The rain tipped down and we crashed into the next Italian restaurant (we have a 7-year-old Fussy-Esser). Although they were a bit posh, they were happy to welcome families with young children. Besides the reception, the food was very delicious."
