"First order here. Ordered small deep dish vegetables as well as a small deep dish magic mile. Also had a mean cheese sequence of bread sticks and a sequence of pepperoni filled bread sticks. Food was absolutely fantastic. Hot though it was done. It wasn't like everything you're up and down on the street. Very nice to have something of this quality. The staff was also very friendly. Unique for the whole family. Next time we have pizza. Great work in a challenging market."

"My wife and I got carryout on the evening of Friday, January 6. I subsequently completed a survey emailed to me by McAlister 's asking for a review of our experience. I gave the overall experience 2 stars (same as on my Google review). I noted in their survey that 1. My wife 's harvest chicken salad sandwich on croissant had very little chicken salad on it. She noted that the sandwich did not look at all like the picture in the McAlister 's app. 2. I have a $100 McAlister 's gift card, for which I can find no way to pay with an order thru the app. So I called this McAlister 's and got an electronic something-or-other which took my order. Order was correct when I got to the restaurant, and I was able to use my gift card. I was charged 61 cents for placing the order over the phone to this electronic system. I received an email after completing the survey from someone named Melissa Myers at McAlister 's. Said that this was a high-volume location and the service fee was from a 3rd party that took my phone call and order. There was no offer to refund the service fee. Nor was my wife 's lack of chicken salad on her croissant ever addressed. Generally, a chirpy email, with no remedies. Nor is there apparently any way to use a McAlister 's gift card in their app. Which was also not addressed in Melissa Myer 's email to me. Overall, an unsatisfying experience, worthy of at most a 2-star rating."

"This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised. I had the lasagna, and I can honestly say it was the best lasagna I’ve ever had! I had a small taste of my husband’s roast beef sandwich, and it was excellent as well. We’ll definitely be back."

"Pretty tasty! We got the bao buns the meat reminded me of Chinese takeout chicken pieces with a bun, veggies and yum yum sauce, which was a good combination. They took it off our bill because we waited about 45 minutes to get that or any food due toa mess up. They were very apologetic about it and it was a busy Saturday and they only seemed to have one waiter working who wasalso the hostess so it makes sense. Next we got the Korean noodles with shrimp and the vegetarian pancake. The noodles were wellcooked lo Mein and had a nice, slightly sweet flavor, and the pancake was lovely, light, and had a nice ginger sauce. I ate itwith a bit of sriracha added for some kick, it was just a bit burnt on the bottom. I also enjoyed the decor, it would be a cuteplace for a date although the tables were pretty close to each other. I would love to try some other dishes at this place, maybeat a time they are less busy!"
