"A great welcome. Really for the service, it is rare to see today, without making the old reac, seasonal staff so young and yet so competent, professional to listen to the customer, and passionate about what it serves. I mean, one who knows his card and tells us what he wants. A chef who listens, homemade dishes with a know how to make but above all a desire to serve the real kitchen, in all simplicity, on a beautiful summer terrace of a provencal village. A greedy iced cup that bore her name well. Delicious. Thank you."

"We already dine since a couple of years at the "Salle à Manger" in Flayosc. Nice small restaurant in the heart of the village owned by a Dutch pair living there already for 15 years. Whilst she is running the kitchen he takes care of the wine and the dining room. Despite the fact that you can eat à la carte we would suggest their fairly priced menu. Downside of the menu is that the choice is not that big. Therefore not designed for regular guests. Still after 15 years of excellent cuisine the restaurant is mostly visited by the British, Dutch, German and Belgian community living around. Really time for locals to discover. If sustainability is a measure for honest cuisine they deserve a great destinction. They are in the meantime the oldest restaurant in Flayosc."

"The rose wine was warm didn’t want to make a fuss but when my meal arrived cold I sent it back. They returned it still cold with the head of the prawn I had eaten still on it. Third time they had obviously just put original dinner in microwave again. Rest of food was mediocre. Didn’t even take the food off the bill. Very bad experience we were so looking forward to going."
