"We were disappointed, we wanted to eat sushi, as we read it in the reviews, we are on vacation in Heppenheim and rely on the reviews... Unfortunately there was no sushi or soups listed on the menu. The employee was nice, but unfortunately the ambience did not seem inviting, rather like a snack. We didn't find another court that agreed. I'm sorry."

"Service could be faster and it's hard to get hold of a waiter. Bread ordered with salad didn't come. Fried potatoes were a wee a bit limp, not crispy. Schnitzel with Kochkäse (cooked cheese? was OK. Nice atmosphere with good view of the idyllic Market place with the city hall."

"Located in the Bensheimer district of Auerbach, the India Palace offers a huge selection of Indian cuisine as different as the different parts of India, so different is cooked there. Especially it did to me the Tandoori kitchen with its delicious dishes from the wood stove. Here everyone finds something for their taste: fish, seafood, chicken, vegetarian, soup, lamb, licker appetizers and some desserts complete the offer. At noon from Tuesday to Friday 11.30 am to 14.30 pm you can taste the cheap lunch table for 6.50 euros to 8.50 euros depending on the dish. Especially the tasty, delicate dishes marinated in yoghurt sauce must be tasted or the delicacies from the Moghul kitchen, as well as the crispy Nanbrot and as a drink Mangolassi freshly spiced mangos with liquid yoghurt.But also many fruity cocktails the India Palace has on offer. The restaurant takes a tasteful decor, a lot of reddish wood with great ornaments and carvings to a trip to India and when the friendly waiter explains the foods and spices as well as their effects, one feels good. We ordered :Tandoori Mix compilation of various tandooris specialties lamb, chicken, potatoes .... tasty marinated ,so basmat rice and crispy Nanbrot very tasty. Bhindi Marsala Okraschoten with onions,tomatoes, ginger, knobi and various spices although vegetarian one misses nothing very well here. We always like to come back."

"Café Avanti is now located in Heppenheim city centre. Beautiful small corner café on the edge of the pedestrian zone Old town Heppenheim Home of formula 1 Pilot Sebastian Vettel and large wine-growing area The café is modern in French bistro style. Due to the almost all-round generous glazing, it is also very bright inside. Tables and chairs are also available in the outdoor area of Cafes Avanti to enjoy the mild mountain road climate and the gastronomic offer at an early stage of the year. On a sunny, beautiful spring day we just took in this terrace area of Avanti Square. The offer of food is great. From various breakfasts, ice cups, coffee and cakes, waffles, coffee specialities, pizza, ital. Plates, fokkacias, antipasti...... for every starving type there is something. In addition to the warm sun rays we enjoyed this beautiful April day: Belgian waffle with yogurt and fresh fruit thick, warm waffle with mild yogurt and mixed fresh fruit salad Prima vegetarian herbal foccacia ligurian loaded bread with tomatoes, mozzarella, rocola and capers loaded bread alone, but well dry with the cover ate. Our third in the covenant had no hunger and was satisfied with cappuccino with milk, while we drank another 1 latte macchiato and maracuja juice to our food. Nice, fast operation and a good price-performance ratio."
