"It is a small, vegetarian business right on the main road, so we thought we would check it. there is not much that we need to get personally from here, there is usually frozen food and prefabricated sauces and instant noodles etc. They are not cheap, but there are some that are not readily available in the super markets here, so if they are 're dinge they need, there is a visit worth. the load, although he is called batata greens, does not actually sell fresh products, as far as I could see or had it any of the great brand international veggie products they might expect to find in a professional store. it is usually Asian farewell. the load itself is clean and the personal is pleasant. it is well organized and nice to search, I guess."

"This place is a bit like a canteen with long tables/ shared seating and industrial decor (exposed pipes overhead). Upon entering, you pay for the buffet (cash only) and then help yourself. There is a wide range of different Chinese dishes, and some salads and other items at the front. I've liked the food on all occasions. It is similar to Innoveggie down the road, but a more casual setting and perhaps a bit cheaper. Pretty busy all times I've visited. I've also visited in a larger group to try their amazing seasonal hot pot the flavours of the spicy soup base are so good and they are very generous with the vegetables. They included mushrooms, yam, kombu, lotus root, mini noodles tied together, watercress, handmade dumplings! Need to order that in advance."

"A neat hip place, with great food. The Indonesian meal is my favourite, and the Korean Fried “Chicken” is delicious. I’ve been told the burgers are good too. $150 minimum spend. Friendly staff. Prices are highish, but not insultingly high, ans I guess pretty standard in Hong Kong. About 140-160 for a main, and 50-80 for a starter. Cash only! I would recommend booking ahead."

"Has a condensed Chinese menu that really focuses on dishes with a large amount of taste. there were so many things we wanted to try and, in any case, tends to visit another. of the things we tried, the standout was the curry sauce. it was simply stunning and up there with any East Asian curry they probably have. a real highlight. it was well complemented by the others that we got (we have ordered us well by the way! when our Singapore noodles had caught the pan too exactly the right amount of char and our sweet and acidic pork was sticky and impractical. the meal was beaten. everything was super affordable (most dishes float around the 50-70 HKD brand for evening service and lunch, afternoon tea etc. offers would take even more costs out of the bill. during the meal was the female server (probably the owner, was always close to talking to us and generally incredibly amiable. we felt well maintained and the glasses of water were immediately taken up, finished dishes removed. she also offered us an off-menu dessert to a discount at the end of the meal. service was definitiw a high point for the restaurant. the only negatiw experience is that considering that the menu is full of elements that are beneficial to share between all diners at their table, that the actual table area is really small and impractical! there was a lot of movement around teller, bowls and tassen so that we actually eat. this is, however, really the most minor problems. the pricing against the quality of the offer make these one of the best eating options that we have found in north point so far and would highly recommend going anywhere if they really feel like eating a good food."

"Gaia is a very big busy restaurant with an extensive menu, including a decent vegan selection. Care should however be taken when ordering as the menu does not indicate which options are vegan and the wait staff don't seem to have the time or patience to be of much assistance. The food at Gaia is decent, but certainly not amazing. The food presentation left much more of an impression on me than the taste. The first time my wife I went we ordered some Japanese-style dishes including roles veggie sashimi. The presentation was really cool, but the taste wasn't great. After that we mostly stuck with noodle dishes, soup dry. We also ordered dumplings quite often. Each time the food was decent, but not amazing. The menu is very heavy with mock meats, which we tried to avoid. Despite the food not being amazing my wife I ate here quite often during 3pm 5pm, when all food is half price. During this period, the price represents decent value for money."

"I usually move to dinner from this place when I'm too lazy to cook. it is small and cozy, but not so comfortable to eat. the waiting workers in this industry speak well English almost all their articles are vegan. they also have a filiale near the station wan chai, with the same menu. eating is simple, nothing excellent, but it is a good value for money. I like the string beans with minze (and rice) and the eggplant shell (with rice). the packings are simple but fine (neededed to check with them over sauces for vegan). I liked the suppe of the laksa but really not like the texture of the vegan fish balls."

"Lovely interior, cosy cafe sort of vibes. I ordered the “Char shiu rice with Vegan Eggs” and enjoyed it a lot! The “meat” was sweeter than expected but I guess that’s the usual “char shiu” sort of thing. Went well with the rice and the eggs tasted quite realistic to what I remember eggs to taste like. The menu is very extensive and was blown away with the amount of choices I had. Usually we have 2-3 options on the menu so this made me quite intimated but obviously happy HAHHA) Spent a while browsing through the menu which has pasta, burgers, rice dishes, sandwiches, dessert… something for everyone!"

"When viewing the menu, there is no indication that the balance is facing vegetarianism towards the consumption of dead animals. the absolute deal breaker for me is however that fois gras is listed on the menu. I would humbly ask why this device is listed on this website. especially in hk where the number of Vego foods is more than 100."

"This is a really nice environment to eat in, since it is housed with Ovogarden, so there are lots of green plants around, and it feels spacious with high ceilings. The menu is western with an Asian twist. I usually enjoy the options but they have limited choice for vegans and sometimes the food is a bit average for the price. Set lunch is HKD 78. Set includes a soup or salad or drink; and a main. They usually have one vegan option out of the three sets. I think the soup is always vegan, and tends to be good. For the mains, on a prior occasion, it was Japanese cold udon. I wanted a hot dish so I decided to go elsewhere that time. They've also had pasta dishes which have ranged (some more tasty than others), yum mixed mushroom risotto in satay sauce with veggie chicken skewers, Mediterranean style vegetables with rice.
