"Forbidden Noodles the name should be taken seriously. It’s not like some hidden gem at all.The servers are nice enough. They take your order at the counter, and the menu above doesn’t have the food description under the items. If you want to know what you’re getting in your bowl, ask to see a hand held menu.I got the beef paitan… it had broccoli, bok choy, green onions, an unseasoned half boiled egg, and the beef of course. The whole experience was underwhelming.Save yourself the trouble and walk the 400 feet to Aodake Ramen. They have more ramen options and rotating specials."

"Eating here is excellent and the environment is relaxing and super clean. the vegan rhues are delicious and the veggie rhugging can also be made vegan on request. there are also several vegetarian appetizers and a few vegans. if they are not sure, just ask! the personal is very good with regard to ingredients and very polite."

"I went to this place to pick up breakfast for the first time and got the veggie sandwich and it was definitely worth it! I also tried the lemon poppy cake which was pretty good too. I’ll definitely be coming back to try their wide selection of vegetarian options"

"We wanted to celebrate their birthday on a Sunday on the morning. it was very crowded, but we sat right because we had a reservation. service was nice and they examined someone who was with us who has very specific restrictive nutrition problems. Typically, you eat in a restaurant dirty and not very exciting. but because she could take her she enjoyed her meal very much and that made the experience even better will definitely be back."

"Steve-O's a nice little Italian restaurant located in oldham county next to the local county high school. Which is actually why we stopped in here for dinner one night after my daughter soccer game at the school next door. We love Italian food so when we seen this place next door it was a no brainer. Inside and setup has a very home like feel to it and the workers and servers here were very nice and down to earth. Which is what you expect in smaller country towns such like This. We were intending on starting with a calamari appetizer however they were fresh out so we stuck with just entrees. I personally went with a Cheese Calzone which was a decent size and had an overall good flavor. The marinara sauce was a little bland and didn't add much to the taste experience but I still enjoyed it overall. My oldest daughter went with a pepperoni Stromboli which was rather large and she was a big fan. It was her first experience with a Stromboli so she is excited to try other ones now. My middle kids shared the odd spaghetti and meatballs and they seems to enjoy them. My wife went with the chicken parm and she said it was good. Didn't wow her but it was filling and hit the spot. Overall was a good experience. The place and floors were kinda dingy and dirty but the decor and vibe was nice. Food was good overall. Worth a shot of ever in the area. If my daughter plays in oldham county again I'm sure we would come back. Hopefully can try the calamari next time."
