"I have eaten in agathon twice this year and was very impressed by the quality and originality of eating at both places. I liked to arrange the atmosphere, the friendly service and the choice of. it is best to walk here (a short uphill to foot from the city center) or with taxi, as it can be difficult to find a parking space close by. the wine offered by the bottle were excellent, but I was less impressed by the red wine they served at my last visit from the glass. the damentoilette was beautifully decorated, but the soap dispenser was completely empty at my last visit. they have a non-smoking and smoker zone. I personally find smoker zones in restaurants inappropriate, but I am sure there are those who still appreciate them."

"SUBWAY kennt man auf der ganzen Welt und für mich ist es gerade auf Reisen immer beruhigend ein Restaurant finden zu können, bei dem die Qualität und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Dieses kleine SUBWAY-Restaurant ist im Untergeschoß des "Passage"-Einkaufszentrums an der Landstraße mitten in Linz und vermutlich eines der gemütlichsten SUBWAYs die ich kenne."

"I was really impressed with this restaurant. It's located near the Spitz hotel and is pretty hidden. I came across it checking out the neighborhood and the menu had dim sum and looked pretty affordable so I gave it a chance and was glad I did. The staff was so friendly and chatty. I think it's a local haunt because there were some guys at the bar just chatting with who I think was the owner. The food came quickly and was delicious. The place does allow smoking inside but that is pretty standard for restaurants in that part of Austria. I would very much recommend it for a good affordable and pretty authentic chinese meal."

"Food was actually great, I had a Schnitzel and it came very quick. The problem was the service, we had reserved a table for 3 about 2 hours before we turned up. When we got there, the woman dealing with reservations seemed unsure of what to do with us, would have assumed if I have a confirmed reservation, the table would be ready. After some confusion, went to a gentleman who was her colleague, larger man with glasses. He was very rude, started getting angry at me claiming I reserved only two hours before. I told him that’s really not my fault, if the table is not available the online reservation should simply reflect that and not let me reserve. He proceeded to give me attitude and was very unprofessional, as if he was doing me a favor. In the end, he said he is going to stop allowing people to book with short notice. Very strange encounter, either he does not understand how online reservation works or he simply has poor customer service experience. Was disappointing, as apart from this, very beautiful Biergarten area and good food!"
