"We decided to stop for lunch at West Street Grill. It had been a few years since we were here. Walking in, we were immediately greeted by Mr. O’Shea. He stopped by our table a few times with a couple of recommendations. His focus on his customers, attention to detail and commitment to providing the best experience was obvious. Our food, from the appetizer to dessert was absolutely delicious. Our server, even on her second day did an excellent job. We are so glad we stopped."

"The place was clean and for the price the food was reasonable. The honey chicken and the egg tart were good. The fried donuts and cheesy oysters were a highlight! I tried the combo of an egg tart and ice cream as the waitress recommended and that was great! I wish the sushi was a bit better but otherwise it's pretty decent. "Customer service 10/10. Prompt and friendly. Food was delicious, hot, and fresh. We called for a pick-up order on Mother's Day and it was ready in 20 minutes. We tried the cream cheese wontons, steamed dumplings, pork fried rice, vegetable lo-mein, sesame chicken, and dragon phoenix. It was all very good. The cream cheese wontons are the sweet kind with crab. Looking forward to trying more things on the menu in the future. We will definitely order again."

"I no longer shop at this Starbucks, the coffee is expensive and the smiling cashier always turns the charging point of sale dial keypad towards me asking me to tip before she charges for the coffee. They should sell the coffee with the tip already added to the price. Every where you go many places are digitally begging people- either for some hospital struggling or donations to some school network struggling- save the wales- save the clock tower etc. I think digital begging is a shame for large corporations making money hand over fist, or if they are paying their employees very well, is it just greed that they want a tip besides good pay? What about if they were to add that extra dollar and change would that expose how expensive the coffee is ? People would just give up and head to Circle K coffee for $2.19? Stop the digital begging already, it makes the brand look greedy like the rest of the franchises. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
