"We came here by chance last Sunday and we all absolutely loved it , staff are amazing friendly and helpful we all had roast dinner and it was fantastic, my partner is vegetarian said best roast dinner he had ever had in a restaurant , great please and we will be back"

"Excellent food is to be had at this restaurant. My husband had scampi and I had the beer battered cod one served with chips and salad and the others chips and minted pea purée. Both came with delicious homemade tartare sauce and lemon Both were cooked from scratch and worthy of a high end establishment. We also indulged ourselves with dessert…one coconut rice pudding with a fruit compote and the other sticky toffee pudding with gelato and strawberries. Yummy! Service was good and there was a pleasant atmosphere in this pub within quite a few diners. We would unhesitatingly recommend this restaurant and shall return"

"The sushi is highest quality. I am regularly at yo sushi, but their beats, which are in taste and plenty of hands down. I came here to the birthday and didn't regret it. If you're a sushi lover, it's a must. the drink sizes were a bit misleading on the menu, although they serve 330ml doses instead of pints."

"One of the best places to get lunch from midweek. I regularly break for lunch and visit these chaps in their van. They provide a range of very enjoyable options, and are always smiling and friendly. The food is excellent and well-priced. However, I will usually only visit them on the days when they have their main van (as opposed to their market stall). The reason for this being that the van contains their main grill, and the majority of their most enjoyable food options require this in order to be prepared."

"Although the setting is very nice old stable block, it is nowhere near the mansion house, which was a disappointment. The venue is a series of rooms, at the far end is the brasserie, which not the standard that you might expect for a top venue and certainly not for a romantic meal. It really is more of a business and corporate restaurant and when it starts to fill up with delegates it gets rather noisy. Overall it's a nice place, but not what we were expecting"
