"The customer service is terrible. Went to the drive through and had a man take my order and at the window a woman both answering me in French. I was speaking to them in English, the man later responded in English. For an American corporation I would expect a bilingual service with polite staff. Not to mention the service was very slow. Clearly need a change in management and staff."

"You get exactly what you expect to get at a buffet spot such as this. We were there on a Friday night and found everything to be piping hot and replaced when running low in quantities. I have to add, we were concerned about flavour when reading the reviews and have come to the conclusion that food seemed bland because the cooks don't over-salt their food. The buffet has something for everyone and we enjoyed everything we tried. The place is clean, service was exactly what we expected, and the variety was there for any fussy eater. Beer is not 5% so beware on that. Our server was kind enough to look into that before my husband ordered. For that reason, we kept the 5th star. Kid-friendliness: Kids eat for free! Parking: More than enough parking! Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility though I don't know how they get a good look at the food being offered (height). They will need assistance in this respect."

"Good Lebanese cuisine, consistent and tasty. The service is slow, it seems that the clerk is tired all the time, no smile, a little slow to relax also on the other hand the cashier is smiling and helpful. A little lack of professionalism too, the employees joke and take their time with one of their acquaintances while the customers wait their turn."
