"Nachdem wir unser Zimmer bezogen hatten war Abendessen angesagt. Im Lokal "Zum Fässchen" gibt es eine kleine, aber feine Karte. Meine Wahl fiel auf eine "Schwedische Flusskrebssuppe" und ein Stadtsoldatenschnitzel.Die Suppe war lecker, aber definitiv zuviel. Meine Frau entschied sich für einen Salatteller. Was dann geliefert wurde, war gigantisch. Einzig darüber, was ein großes Bier ist, wurden wir uns mit der Kellnerin nicht einig ;-) 0,3 ist definitiv nicht GROSS. Ist im Rheinland aber überall so und die Sprüche waren auch eher als Spaß gemeint.Wir würden definitiv immer wieder hier einkehren."

"We have come to this cozy little local for years. it is lovingly decorated by the owner and after the season always lovingly re-decorated. we appreciate the reliable quality of the kitchen, the owner, of professional cook, cook since a baby break 2005 itself. at the Rumpsteak pfläzer art they always get an excellent flee quality (argentine bratbeef) and roasted from place. the bratkartoffels are handmade and the cartoffels are cultivated by meckenheimer. as well as weep, all from the weep of the family and with a very good value for money. a special note are worth the delicious salads, the dressing is made itself and salad plate also always something for the eye. the salate as well as the feldsalat also originate directly from the producer from the region, which we value as long-term guests. and who likes the well-known plant specialties can always rely on the good quality and good taste, especially with the delicious bratkartoffels! in summer the green winzerhof is guided, which is very cozy and our secret tipp. in autumn it gets full, then there are homemade hot cakes and delicious new wine, also in red."
