"The restaurant is located in the ground floor. easy access. an old house that offers a restaurant outdoors with a gallery of original contemporary paintings decorating the covered walls. spacious setting that was almost filled to capacity at 9pm. mostly local with some tourist. welcome. by employees and fast sitting. the service was fast. but even if you had to wait, the live music was very good. varied menu with vegetarian options. drinking with alcohol were a little weak. Eating was tasteful and well presented."

"After a long day of exploring the Centro Histórico, I stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting, the perfect respite after a day of walking. As for the food, I ordered the traditional cochinita pibil tacos and they were absolutely an experience. The meat was cooked to perfection, tender. I personally would have loved more seasoning on the meat; however, what elevated tacos apart were the salsas. The pico de gallo was fresh and spicy, while the red and green salsas added a nice depth of flavor. I couldn't get enough of them! I also had the sopa de Lima and it was good. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was positive and satisfying. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was just what I needed to wind down after a busy day. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking it out!"

"An exquisite dining experience in Merida for my wife and I. Everything about our dinner was perfect. We went with the degustation (tasting) menu with the wine pairing. All of courses were excellent and well paired. I particularly enjoyed the prawns, fish stew and the tomato flower. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Merida."

"First of all, you come in and all the waiters wave to you and we thought they were being friendly. However, they just wanted you to sit at their table. The service is over the top, plus the live music is terrible. Drinks are expensive...because you get 3 kinds of tapas dishes along side it. Poc chuc was actually decent but the rest was too greasy! My highlight on the other hand was the elderly person making handmade tortillas in the back. She kindly explained to ushow she made tortillas."

"It was wonderful to step into the quiet of this little cafe, in contrast to the loud street noise just outside. Service was excellent as was the food, but small portions (I am American; it’s terrible what we expect from portion sizes. Excellent prices."
